Paul was helpful, Honest and did not try to upsale me on additional services. I asked his opinion on the animal enzyme treatment, and he said id be better off getting the teflon treatment for the same price since my pet did not have any serious accidents. He was nice and squeezed my appointment in at the last moment within 24hrs. I will be sure tocall him for future carpet cleaning services and refeer him to others. Also the wife says she was happy as well since he was curteous and polite.

Paul and Mary with Archer Carpet were excellent. I placed my request early on Friday morning and received a phone call later that day. We scheduled a free quote for Monday, the quote was a fair and competitive price. I scheduled the work for Wednesday morning and was completely satisfied with the work. Paul informed me each step he was going to take and did take.
