Archer Carpet Cleaning

They called me immediately after I put in my request. They showed up early to clean my club chair and ottoman, that I bought from a moving sale. It looked and smelled as good as new when they were finished.

They were on time, between the 2 hour span they told me, seemed very professional. They were at my home for about 45 minutes, and I was surprised that they only went over the carpet in one direction, buy maybe that is normal. The price seemed the best of my three bids, (apples and oranges from the three bids), so but for time spent, I still say a little over-priced for job done.

I sent in my request and was contacted literally minutes after submitting! They came out that day and cleaned my sofas- they look great! A little pricey, but worth it for fast, weekend service!

They were able to schedule on a Saturday, which was my preference. Called to say they could come earlier than scheduled on that Saturday, but then they showed up at the originally scheduled time anyway without explanation. Said they did not move any furniture, they would clean around it. Did move 1 table at my request but nothing else. The carpets were definitely cleaner but I had to ask them to go over several areas a second time. Unfortunately, every stain that was there prior to cleaning was there when the carpets dried, although they appeared to be gone when the carpet was wet. I would use them ONLY to freshen unstained carpet.

Archer was here cleaning our carpets in 3 bedrooms and a walk-in closet. They arrived late even though they gave us a 2 hour window. They worked quickly and efficiently to get the job done. The carpets look clean, and I am satisfied with the job Archer did.

09/20/2010 MOVE OUT CARPET CLEAN AWESOME, after shopping around for 3 days these guys had the lowest cost and based on other reviews, I went with them. They did as they promised and called my 30 minutes prior to arrival. Paul was very knowledgable and offered several ideas and solutions. They even notified me that I had left some clothes hanging in an upstairs closet, and let me get them out before they cleaned this way there would be no foot prints on the carpet. Paul was very friendly and even answered my stupid questions about carpet cleaning. Hands down the best customer service I have received in a long time.
