Archer Carpet Cleaning

Very professional. Advised me of procedure and what could be expected. Result was super. Very fast.

Seemed willing to work hard and was knowledgeable about removal of different stains. Ran out of cleaner before job was done - a little frustrating. Was glad they did what I wanted instead of what they wanted - they went to get more clearner and finished the job that day instead of next day. If you get your tile cleaned, be sure to check the edges against the wall. Machine won't reach that far and you have to ask them to scrub those areas manually with a stiff brush at end of a "broomstick". Generally, they didn't do that on their own.

Archer came out and cleaned my carpets in a timely and professional manner. Because I had used a Carpet cleaning "soap", on my carpet prior to their visit, I had alot of soap residue in my carpet. This residue showed up as a grey area after their initial clean, but when they called to inquire on my satisfaction, they said they would come back and retreat those spots with a solution to help get all of the soap residue out. Afterward, they called again to offer tips for future carpet care. Thanks Archer!
