Excellent job, better than I could have imagined

The report issued contained some correct information. However, I will list the incorrect information that can not be explained or excused. The items that show complete lack of professionalism and lack of knowledge will be saved for last. They reported damaged exterior siding. This was not accurate and the picture they used to support this was in fact a picture of the metal door to my storage building, not any part of the home. The report stated that the storm door is lacking closure hardware. This was not accurate. The hardware was there and that's what kept the door closed. The window screens where missing. Yes I took them off when the house was painted. They where inside the storage building and put back on. Light globes where missing. Yes they where in a closet and put back on. The skirting was taken down to look under the home in several places and left laying on the ground when the inspector left. These are some of the better ones that really shocked me. The report states that the drain stopper needs repair. There is a big 3 inch silver round knob you turn left and right to open and close the drain! The report also stated no GFCI plugs for the master bath jacuzzi tub and no access to the pump. There is a big removalable panel along the front of the tub. Open it for access and 2 new GFCI plugs. They also reported the dishwasher was not functioning. The dishwasher functions great. The range exhaust vent was noted to not function because they could not find the switch to turn it on. There is a round knob on the front. It turns to the right to turn vent and light on which work perfectly. The best one in my opinion was the statement "Found a major water leak under the master bathroom, unable to obtain full pressure reading." I rushed 3 hours to get this fixed of course. THERE WAS NO WATER LEAK ANYWHERE! I can not recommend this inspection service in any way. The next buyer used an out of town inspector and the house sold with real problems noted on their report.

He has been good. He uses good materials and will do what he says he is going to do. And overall everything has gone well.
