He was really great! He was thorough and was willing to do some odds and end jobs that I had not originally mentioned.

Good knowledge of how to repair what was needed

Dave installed an aluminum mailbox on an aluminum post bolted to our concrete sidewalk and repaired some of the damage done when our local trash truck ran over our old mailbox. There was more to this project than either of us expected, but Dave figured it out and got it done in a reasonable time on an afternoon plagued by 102-degree heat. In spite of the challenging work conditions, Dave was smiling and upbeat the whole time...he's a real pro!

Was supposed to have dishwasher installed this morning but could not due to having to cut legs off to remove and add a dedicated plug. Received a call from Dave within 30 mins of calling and he had a person there within hour. Did all we needed to as well as helped with a separate issue while there. Did great job and very professional. He will be our go to handyman from now on!!!!

Mr Roundtree came into my home and did a great job of repairing several different items. He was prompt and did an excellent job of taking care of the repairs on the promised day. His pricing was fair went above and beyond to make sure that the job was done to my satisfaction. He repaired a light, installed and repaired tile and fixed an outdoor ceiling including trim work and paint. I definitely will use him again and was very pleased with the quality of his work.

Mr. Rountree is a man of his word. He made the appointment and arrived during the time he said he would. The work was of the quality that I expected from a professional. He left my home clean. I would hire him again.

Hired Dave for a hand rail installation and he did a superb job for a reasonable price. Consequently hired him to fix two other things and he did a great job on those too. I would recommend Dave.

Mr. Roundtree was great! He installed bay window curtain rods in my bedroom and fixed a hole in my bedroom door. Very friendly and reasonable. He says he can install ceiling fans, light dimmer, and much more. I will definitely use him again in the future!!
