Quick response. There when he said he would be there (which is not always the case). Did the work he said he would do (which is not always the case). Work was done well, good job. All around good experience.

The agreement was verbal, but clear. The agreed job was not completed and there was a misunderstanding on the scope of work for another item seems like he agrees to perform a job but want to charge separate to finish it. If you ever want to use his service get a written quote with everything detailed line by line.
