First of all, I never did a face to face with Mr. Roundtree, everything was done over the phone. He sent someone else to do the job of installing my attic ladder. When the worker found out the ladder was to long, he tried to modify it by cutting about 2 1/2 feet off the ladder. Later on when I tried to use the ladder I noticed it was not functional, so I called Mr. Roundtree to correct it. He said he would send the worker to fix the problem but never did. After several phone calls Mr. Roundtree still has not fix the ladder. I definitely won't be using this service again

He helped us with a variety of projects and designed and built a ramp for the back door that is working well. We will use him again.

All went well; I like the work that was done on our new attic fold down stairs.

I showed Dave several small projects I had around the house and he was very upfront about ones he could do and which ones I would be better off calling a different professional. Once agreed, he moves fast and gets the project done quick. Very happy with his work and planning on using again!
