Apparently not good about keeping track on my payments and when the owner Jose, finally got hold of me, I owed him over $400! I was a bit surprised but he showed me my payments over the years (3 to be exact). I am definitely going to keep track of my payments and also made sure he had my contact information. He shouldn't have to try to get his payment so late.
Description of Work: I have been using Complete Lawn Service for 3 years. For my lawn, they charge $22 every two weeks which isn't bad for a "normal' sized 1 story home lawn in the suburbs. They normally mow the front and back yards and trim the edges and from time to time the bushes as needed. Normally they do a good job, but sometimes after a rain, they try to mow and leave big tracks in the lawn and mud. I shouldn't have to tell him not to mow after a rain and I know they are just trying to get the lawns done on a certain day when they are in the neighborhood, but it happens rarely. Otherwise, i am happy with this simple, basic service.
