There are two parts to this annual service contract and they are provided by two different teams; landscape service and lawn care service. THe landscape team is very good, knowledgeable, good communication, and good service for annual landscape refresh including mulch. Also the company is probably fine for landscape design and landscape only service but we have not used this service. The lawn care service was not as promised and since this is the bulk of the service we contracted for, this is what the overall grade reflects. The contract states weekly bed maintenance which we were told would include hand weeding. The beds were not hand weeded and maintained, and in fact beds with flowering groundcover that we specifically discussed with them was weedwacked out of the beds. Much of the yard was not completely maintained to collect and remove leaves and branches down in the yard. Many times just after the team would leave we would walk around the yard and find large branches still across walk ways and in the middle of the beds. It was difficult to communicate with the lawn care team due to limited English communication. For the level of lawn care delivered the annual cost was extremely high. We originally contracted with this company because of our discussion with them on how the beds would be maintained. What we received was a fast 'cut, blow and go' with only weedwacking on the beds. We paid the contract fee on time each month and feel the value we contracted for was not delivered.

Chris is very responsive to any of my concerns or needs for lawn and garden care. He will recommend good flowers and plants for your area and soil type. He takes care of lawn maintenance regularly and my lawn has never been so green and full. The garden beds look wonderful and he will also recommend how to set the amount of watering for my automatic sprinkler system. I've got the best looking lawn and garden in my neighborhood!

I have a monthly contract with them that includes lawn care, fertilization of plants and lawn, and trimming of bushes and trees. The thing I like most about them is that they are here every Monday morning taking care of the lawn, then cleaning up after themselves. They provide a care-free system.

We don't have to call them, as they come when it is needed. Usually this is twice a month. At least once a month they may suggest some new landscaping. If we decide we want to do it, they are given the ok. The job they do keeps the plants and trees from over growing the yard and everything is always well groomed.

Chris's Southwest Landscapes have been doing a very good job for me. I have them come out every week and they come out on time every time. The employees keep my trees trimmed and my yard looking nice. I have been satisfied with their work and I will continue to use their services.

THE QUALITY OF THE WORK BEING PERFORMED DOES NOT WARRANT PRICES THAT ARE MUCH HIGHER THAN COMPETITORS. DESPITE PROMISES TO IMPROVE OUR LAWN, WE CONTINUE TO HAVE BARE SPOTS AND DAMAGED AREAS THAT HAVE IN FACT BECOME WORSE IN THE YEAR WE'VE USED THIS SERVICE.
