The special that was on Angie's list actually didn't cover our house because ours in bigger. We had to pay a little more. We got the yearly. We have almost an acre and a half we paid more than what the deal was. But it was great, he and his dad were here for a long time and they took care of all of our ant problem, they take care of all of our problems really. They were great. We definitely are staying with them. I wouldn't say I disliked anything. I like them, they are really friendly, they told me exactly what they found and made it that I could call this anytime if I have any problems. Just really friendly, like a small town type of feel, they are very friendly and personable. That's about it, no complaints at all.

i recommend you keep moving down the list of providers: - Does not keep appointments - No communication - Horrible customer service ____________________________________ I called the provider at the number provided, and he advised me he was on a job and to contact someone at a second number to schedule an appointment. No problem - called and they scheduled an appointment at 2 locations for July 3. On July 3, the appointment time came and went - the provider did not arrive and did not call to notify us of any delay. Someone from our company spent several hours waiting at the property with no answer to phone calls nor information on the situation. Finally, around 7pm we received a phone call - no explanation of the situation, just a rescheduling for Friday, July 5. The July 5 appointment came, but no one arrives. More hours wasted waiting for the provider. We called the provider with no answer, so we called the second number we were given to schedule the appointment. This person had no idea what was going on - did not know about the rescheduling, and did not know the appointment had been missed again. I asked the scheduler to have the owner/provider call me. She advised this was not something she had time to do and I should call him myself. There are far too many high rated pest control companies listed right here on Angie's List to waste time begging a provider to show up for an appointment. My recommendation: do not waste your time on this provider - move on down the list to another provider - someone that does not need to be cajoled into making an appointment!

I called and left a message and my call was promptly returned. After I explained my problem with the ants, a service date was set. Mr. Samples arrived as scheduled. He and his helper sprayed my whole house inside and out, and did extra work in the problem area. They were so very nice, polite and professional. I would definately use them again and would recommend their services to everyone. Excellent work and service.

I noticed flying insects in a back room that appeared to be termites or carpenter ants. Called this company on Thursday afternoon and it appeared that I was talking to a technician that was on a service call. I explained what I had, and requested an inspection and told him that I found them on Angie's list. I was told that he or his office would call and make an appointment, and when I tried to give my phone number, he said he already had it so I assume he had called ID. After four days of waiting and checking my caller ID to be sure that I did not miss a call, I gave up on this company and called another pest control service on Angie's list. I had an appointment within one day and treatment within a week. This bad experience was a surprise as I chose this company from the excellent reviews previously on Angie's list.

I contacted several pest extermination companies and Dennis Samples was the most responsive and reasonably priced. They were very professional and resolved the situation. I would certainly recommend them to anyone with rodent or pest issues. They are coming out next to spray for insect pests. Thanks for Angie's List!!

We called Tom on a wednesday and explained our problem. He said the earliest that he could make it was the following Tuesday but after I explained our situation, Tom moved our appointment up to Friday at 1:00pm. Promptly at 1 on Friday, Tom was at the house and after a thorough inspection confirmed that we did had a bedbug issue. Before he started, Tom thoroughly answered all of our questions and put us at ease. He then proceeded to deal with the problem. Tom treated all three bedrooms and the living room. We have not had an issue since. Tom was very professional and courteous. I would highly recommend his service to anyone.

They were local from within the town. They were recommended to us by some people. We started to use them. Tom Samples is an older man and he is a good guy to work with. He is very friendly and knowledgeable. He is somebody who I can trust. I am always looking for improvement on price.

This is a very honest family-owned company. Their son comes out and sprays. He is extremely knowledgable and honest and friendly. He came out without charge one time when I saw a bug after a heavy rain and re-sprayed everything for no charge. He takes time to educate you on the types of pest you have or could have.

He’s extremely reliable and extremely honest. He’s just a good person and his name is Tom Samples. He’s the owner and he usually goes out to you’re home. Sometimes I’ve called him and checked because we’ve had a lot of scorpions. If there’s really nothing much that you can do at that moment, he will tell you. So he’s really not trying to get you to do things. He’s really honest. It doesn’t matter if he’s erased it or not, you’re still going to have them. He’s just a real honest and good person. I’ve had him for years. I usually use him once or twice a year. I don’t remember how much he charged me the last time but his prices are reasonable. His quality of work is wonderful. He’s a good person and he does good work. I will use his services again in the future.
