He inspected the attic, the outside of the house, suggested a couple of areas to fix, put out bait which took care of all the critters. He followed up as promised two weeks later and all was taken care of. Very nice, very professional, very efficient. Have recommended him to others, would use him again.

I purchased this as there was an ant infestation in our home. I was contacted very quickly and we set up an appointment. Dennis Samples came over, found the problem and treated it. He also sprayed a barrier around the entire house. We were very pleased with his knowledge and friendly, courteous treatment. We will be regular customers.

They were excellent! He was very thorough with his work. He called back continuously and came out after to make sure everything was going well with services. I was very happy overall.

It went great. They did great. They came out and they kind of listened to what the story was and they started the process. It seemed to be a well-structured process that they go through. It lasted for about 2 or 3 weeks. As much as I can tell, it’s done its job. Since I got the special deal from Angie’s List, it was a good deal.

He was great, and he took care of us, and we haven't see the wasp come back. The service was excellent, he was efficient, very sociable, and great overall. He is really good, business like but still personable, and it worked out real good 6/20/14 once again they provided excellent and efficient service!

They did several follow-ups and called recently to make sure I had no further problem. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Dennis Samples contacted me immediately and scheduled the appointment. He came out when scheduled and first discussed my problem then set about immediately to take investigate, then begin the remediation of the pest problem. He was professional, understanding and more than helpful. When I called to update him, he scheduled another appointment to complete the service and assured me we were on the way to resolution. I will definitely not only recommend his services, but will be using him again in the future to resolve any issues.

Sent a message on Sunday afternoon and they met me Monday morning. Called when he thought he would be late. Was very professional and I feel the problem will be taken care of.

No rodents for 2 weeks. The rodents came back and the 2nd visited 2 men came out. Waiting to see what happens now.

They inspected the entire yard and could see no signs of moles. I felt very confident with their assessment and relieved that I did not have moles. I do instead have a sprinkler system leak. Very grateful to them for helping me uncover the real problem.

Really nice family and seemed to know a lot about getting rid of rodents that I had in my attic. They set out bait in my attic and helped me find the entrance points outside the house. I would call them again in the future. They came out twice to reset the bait, and so far I haven't had any further problems. I do recommend them.

He was prompt and tried to fit my schedule. He told me to call him if I had questions and concerns. I am sure I must've called too many times, but he never was in a rush. He came out probably more than he normally did because I was so unnerved by these things in the house. Bottom line, as much as I would not want anyone else to have this problem, I would unhesitatingly recommend them. I will update with details of how long it took, what happened from now on, etc. at a later date.

I purchased the $175 abatement deal from Angie's List. This has been an on-going process since the end of November - rodent abatement is not accomplished in one visit. They are doing whatever it takes to eliminate my problem. The process is not yet complete, but I am very confident I hired the right service provider and would recommend them to anybody.

Dennis was great! He was very responsive and flexible with my schedule. I had called because I'd heard some noises coming from the attic and thought that I may have had a raccoon or something. I had not purchased the coupon yet because I wanted to make sure it would cover raccoon activity. He suggested that I wait until after he could take a look before I purchased it. My appointment was set for after work, around 6pm. He went into the attic, then looked outiside, then back in the attic. He let me know that it looked like a few mice or rats and explained my options. He set the bait out while I went online to purchase the coupon. As of right now, I have no complaints. Great Service!

They have only come for the first treatment so far (shortly after the second huge roach was discovered in our den) but we haven't seen any creepy crawlies since then. They said they would contact me when it was time to schedule our next treatment. Very courteous and kind -- also gave me some advice about some drain flies that keep visiting our bathroom -- ways to get rid of them without an exterminator. So far so goo.

I would recommend Tom Samples Pest (and specifically Dennis) any day of the week. We awoke one evening to a rodent scratching around in the walls and called TSP the next day. They were responsive the first day (were actually in the neighborhood and stopped by), and have been by two times since to check bait and plug holes. And they let us borrow a specialized odor lamp when it was impossible to reach one of the dead rodents trapped in a wall. These guys really do care about customer service and getting it right, which is really refreshing in the day and age we live in. Do not hesitate to call them for work, they will not disappoint.

We have not had a problems since they have come out. They were great. We had both the father and the son come out to our home for service.

He was extremely helpful. I was trying to give a low income family extermination and they agreed to do it for no charge. They were very helpful with giving information, answering questions, and educating. They were extremely helpful and really willing to work with the situation.
