It went very well. Problem solved over the course of a couple weeks.

No signs, sightings, or sounds of rodents since abatement...I'm happy!!

Scheduling was easy. The treatment worked fine and I have no complaints. They were great to work with and got the problem handled.

If I could give this company 5 plus stars-it deserves A plus. I called and spoke with Mrs. Staples and she could not have been any nicer. I spoke with Dennis about concern about possible rats due to seeing poop. He was very understanding. He came and did his inspection and explained it is lizard poop, not rat. Thank goodness. He inspected and explained about possible entry points. This was a worthwhile inspection. I asked what credit cards he accepted and he said there isn't a charge. WHAT? that does not happen. This is my future pest control company and for any one else who Los looking for a knowledgable and honest and nice company. Thank you

What they did seemed to work. I heard noises in the attic that I thought were probably squirrels. He said that I probably did have a squirrel. So, he baited and came back a week later and closed up the openings. Hopefully that took care of the problem. There were some delays in them coming out but those were explainable. They could have been a little bit better about being prompt and staying in communication. The price was reasonable.

He did a wonderful job. He pulled out draws and searched everywhere possible to make sure everything was covered. He explained everything very well. He was very considerate & professional, yet personable.

Was very impressed. Much cheaper than other services I have used in the past. Not only did he arrive when he said he would but he came in the evening after work. He continued to do followups until he was sure the problem had been eliminated. I would definitely use them in the future, heaven forbid, I should need them.

Tom checked my attic and garage and concluded that there was no active infestation. No need for any service so no charge but I will call then when I do need service because they are local and very professional.

We live on a golf course, so we have a lot of wildlife. Neighbor's house burned down recently, and the possible cause was electrical (maybe rodents chewing wires). We wanted to take no chances, so we had a thorough inspection. Tom Samples did inspection, and we fixed several entry points. Good job, and I would recommend them to anyone with a similar interest. Fortunately we had no infestation.

He was late when finally had time to "come all the way out here". His mother answers phone like an bad commercial. Then blamed me for everything that sounded even strange to me as far as procedures. Honestly it has taken me this long because i don't want reminder from a-list anymore. both a waste of time. btw, we just chased squirrel out of attic took 20 min . trap charge was 275, pfft. so it cost 175 for chicken wire and spray foam and about 30 slow walking min.

Bee nest. Came the next day after first contact. Perfect.

They were absolutely wonderful. He came back a month later to verify all bugs were gone.

My only issue with the service is that Mr. Samples did not follow up on his work - as indicated in the advertisement. took a bit to get appt coordinated.

Dennis Samples is very thorough. I'm very squeamish about any kind of bugs or pests coming into my house and Dennis makes sure he treats every area to keep my home bug free.

My experience was good. They showed up on time for the appointment. They were very helpful with our problem.

Whatever he did worked. Haven't heard, seen or smelled any evidence of rodent activity since he came out.

Professional, prompt and friendly. Provider came out within a few days of me contacting him and came out several times to check progress. I did have to follow up with him, but they always came within a couple days and were very friendly and easy to work with. I hope I don't have too many rodent problems in the future but if I do, I would definitely use Tom Samples again.

Mr. Samples, father and son, came right on time and were thorough in what they were doing. They explained their process and why and what to expect which I was thankful for. It was not necessary to remove myself or my pet while the spraying was happening. I would definitely use this company again for any annoying pest problems. Also, I really enjoyed their personalities.

Everything went well. The gentleman arrived on time, provided a thorough application of the treatment, and acted professionally when dealing with me. The treatment has been effective, too, because we haven't seen any pests.

The service was excellent and they came back multiple times to ensure that our unwanted "guests" had left the premises. On their second visit they also checked for entry points and closed these up so that we could protect ourselves the best way possible. They were punctual, courteous and responded fast to our initial request.

It was a pleasure to work with Tom Samples Pest Control. I talked with Mrs. Samples to make the appointment. Father and son both came out. Dennis, the son, did work inside while Tom worked on the outside. When Dennis was done, he went outside to help Tom finish. They worked as a team to be sure the job was done thoroughly, correctly and to my satisfaction. Dennis answered all my questions like he had not been asked a hundred times before. The family name is on the business and you can tell they take pride in that. I can't recommend this company enough especially if you like personalized service with friendly, competent people.

We just bought our home upon moving to the area from Maryland. We immediately needed exterminator services, so we chose Samples because of the reviews we had read on Angies List. When Mr. Samples arrived, he immediately informed me that our house exceeded the size to qualify for the Angie's List Deal. Our home is a little over 3000 square feet. So we paid almost twice as much as we had expected to. This wasn't a problem, Mr. Samples was courteous about informing me of this information. He spent a considerable amount of time at our home and I was happy with his professionalism. I was contacted by an Angies List representative inquiring about the service I received and I gave Samples Pest Control an A+, glowing review. However, I wanted to update that review, because now almost a year later, we have never been contacted for any type of follow up for treatment that we have paid for. This is frustrating because we paid full price for the service, did not receive the Angies List discount, and once they received our payment, we never heard from them again. We have almost 2 acres with trees, small creek, and a pool, so we might have more bugs than others here. We have relocated frequently, due to military obligations, so living in many locations, we aren't sure when and how often we need exterminator services. For the past 17 years, we have lived in half a dozen places and our exterminators (non Angies List providers) have always been punctual and regular in providing maintenance services. As they are the professionals, we rely on them to know when the right time and how often to service our home and address our extermination concerns. In this area especially, it seems important to stay on top of this issue, fire ants, large rodents, snakes and other types of insects are always present. We did not receive the service we paid for, we were not contacted in any way and we are requesting a partial refund. In addition, we signed up for Angies List, twice because my husband did also. so we have paid for two accounts, when we moved to Texas. Yet we have received the worst service by the providers in this area. I am beginning to think that the service for everything in general in the area is just bad, and has nothing to do with Angies List. But I am not seeing any reason to pay for a membership to a program that hasn't provided the best service. These businesses, such as Samples Pest Control take advantage of customers like us, we trust and we don't complain. In fact this is my first review for just about anything. But we have been using providers we find on our own lately, as we have in the past and this has worked out fine. As for Samples Pest Control, I do not recommend. Mr Sampels and his father were very nice. But we are now looking for another exterminator, one that will be our "go to" guys for years to come.

.I expressed my dissatisfaction to Dennis Samples about the quality of the service I received from his father and the lack of follow-through. Dennis really wanted to make things right and has been back out to the house twice since then to assure the problem is resolved. He genuinely wants to do the right thing. Their price was very reasonable and I will use them again.

Great. Came when scheduled. Very professional. Follow up as promised. Couldn't ask for any better.
