Description of Work: I called The Perfect Lite for an estimate and they sent a high pressure salesman who was obviously going through a script. He pressed me to have a "demo" done and then made me sign something that said I could make a decision that night. We agreed on a date and time and I signed the document. The day came and since I had not heard from anyone I called to confirm my appointment. When I called no one knew anything about it and checked with the saleman who either blew me off because he knew I was getting other bids or forgot to schedule the demo. The people in the office were rude and when I asked to speak to the owner, they said "why, you're not a customer of ours"! The funny thing is that I probably would have used this company. Then the woman the office realized that she had treated me terribly and she called me back and tried to apologize and get me to do the demo after all. There are lots of companies out there that do a good job. No need for me to place my money with people that act like this.
