The Perfect Light

Description of Work: The perfect light installed and maintained both our landscape lights as well as our mosquito system. Our lights were among the most beautiful in our neighborhood. I liked that TPL would come out and change out our bulbs on a regular basis. We contacted with them for about 4 years and then moved. We plan on calling them to install lights at our new house with in the next year.

Description of Work: Diagnose reason for light failure and repair the problem expeditiously.

Description of Work: They are inconsistent. You talk to one person on the phone but the people they send out never seem to have the same information as discussed on the phone. They finally did a great job last year. I asked them to do the same this year but that didn't happen. When I called to ask when they were coming to finish they told me that they thought they already had. They use a lot of sweet talk but they are very frustrating to work with but they are very good at getting the money.

Description of Work: installed Christmas lights; originally they did not complete the installation; they turned on 1/2 the lights 24 hours per day and 1/2 of the lights were not on at all; they also left disconnected timers near our front door; we thought they would come back the next day and finish the job, but after 3 days we had to call the office and report the problem

Description of Work: Used them three times - Front yard lights, back yard lights and Christmas lights. Love their work. Beautiful designs and a great look. My only problem is that they never respond to my phone calls or emails. It always takes three or four times to get an answer.

Description of Work: The people at The Perfect Light are a true professional, service-oriented company. Our experience was with Maiko and the office staff. I gave an 'A' for everything but some people might think the install of landscaping lights was overpriced. I assure you it was not; after all, they say you get what you pay for. We could not be happier and our yard at night is the best on the block!!

Description of Work: Mica came out and did a nighttime demonstration of landscape lights. Absolutely fantastic!!! So much better than expected. Loved it so much, we had them come back out and do our Christmas lights.

Description of Work: Places and removed Christmas season lighting on our house.

Description of Work: They install Christmas lights and wreaths on our house and gate every year. They take down the lights and wreaths and store them for the following year. They do an excellent job. If there are any problems, which doesn't happen very often, they promptly fix them.
