Original Installation was done in good order amd as scheduled. Install is rather pricy but done well. Service of system is somple, you may do it yourself as this is very expensive from the provider. If one has little skills, you can buy the replacement lighy bulbs for a fractiuon of the price on the Internet and install them yourself. A service from provider will cost you easy $100 to start with plus Materials.

Attractive lighting at a reasonable price.

We needed to cut back the expense a little this year so they worked with us to help us decide what we could eliminate and still have a very nice display. Some of the little plastic things that connect the lights to the roof always end up on the ground but it is surprising how few. They always put our lights up before Thanksgiving but don't turn them on. They return whenever we want to turn on the lights and install any wreaths or other decorations.

The salesman from this company came in and sold the outdoor lighting system and made several representations that turned out not to be true. The customer service representatives were usually unfamiliar with the entire process and so were the workers. We had to request a written warranty from the company because there was nothing in writing. We had to supervise the work as it was being done 3 months after the promised date. You are charged an annual service check, of the equipment and replacement of lifetime light bulbs that supposedly never burn out. Too expensive for the low quality of service provided. I would not recommend.

I have over 40 outdoor lights to manage and this change will reduce my electric costs provide a longer life for the bulbs.

They have a dedicated GFCI circuit installed with a timer - for the Xmas lights only. Installation was well done - came within the agreed time interval. Installation went pretty quickly - several installers working. Same for removal - showed up on time, lights came down quickly. Only neagtives are that they left several platic mounting clips and extension cord stakes in the flower beds and yard - as well as a couple of broken bulbs. As well, during installation, crew left without checking with us that the lights were acceptable - they were, but I'd have thought they'd have checked in before leaving. We had a power outtage during the holidays and the timer required re-setting - which I thought I'd done correctly but the lights were still not functioning properly - they had someone out within 24 hrs. Their service is not cheap - but again it is a very well structured package. I would recommned them.

This year's work is superb. Hung perfectly; wiring routed perfectly. We could not be happier and will definitely use them again. You may be comfortable recommending them too.

I had them come back and install an additional light. They are very professional and perform their service very responsively. I will definitely use them again.

Christmas lights and landscape lighting. They aren't cheap, but they are worth every penny. Very professional and very nice to work with.

We used The Perfect Light last year (2012 - lighting and garlands - about $1800 for everything) and were repeat customers this year (2013 - added three big wreaths). They make it so easy! To begin, their design rep met with us at our home and together we mapped out a plan to light and decorate our house and yard. He showed us pictures on his iPad of homes they've decorated in the past, offered his expertise with our home, and and made a sketch of our ideas. There was no pressure to buy everything we thought of doing. He gave us an item by item quote, which included materials, installation and storage. He was fine with us taking a few days to decide. When we called with our decision we chose a window of time for the installation; I seem to remember there are some price incentives to have installation before Thanksgiving. A TPL hired electrician installed an electrical box in a convenient place on the outside of our house. This happens a few days in advance of the TPL team arriving to decorate. You do not have to be home for any of the work to occur, but if you are they will knock on your door and ask for your approval. They know what they are doing. They are very neat and precise. If any one light stops working they come back and replace it. They take pride in their product. When the season is over, they take everything down and store it for next year. All of this is included in the price you pay. Next year, your charge decreases because you do not have the cost of materials. You only pay an installation and storage charge for future years. They also gave us a half price offer this current year for any new items we wanted to add. We added three big wreaths which cost around $400. I can't remember the total we paid for 2013 installation and upcoming year's storage - misplaced invoice - but I do remember it was a significant decrease. We were extremely pleased to see the same quality and careful attention used to install our lighting the second year. We plan to keep using them in the future and may even add some more lights.

Perfect Light installed my outdoor lighting prior to 2009 and has been responsible for it's upkeep since then. I have had them add additional lights and change bulbs since then. They are kept on a yearly retainer and are available anytime I have trouble with the system. I have been very satisfied with the company and it's product. |

On 10/21/2013, a rep came out to price our home for Christmas lighting. My husband phoned the salesman that evening and specifically went over the estimate with the rep on what he wanted done. When asked how prompt they would be to come out to replace bulbs we were told 48 hours. The house looked great except not all the bushes were covered with nets as we had requested. My husband started phoning the company and requested the nets that were missing and even stated if we needed to pay a difference he would do that, noting that maybe there was a misunderstanding. When the first group came out days later, they did not have the red bulbs that had burned out but had 3 nets they could add. I watched them drive away, not adding the nets, after I agreed to the 3 nets for the time being (during Thanksgiving week). My husband phoned AGAIN after that and we were once again told we were on the service list. A man came to the door this morning and told me he was "too busy" to add lights and the "drawing" only showed what we were to receive. Very disappointed since this company uses a cross on their logo!

Very professional, creative about placement and willing to work with our desires.

The Perfect Light, Inc. was easy to work with and provided all services as planned and expected. The decorations were purchased through them and it all was very good quality. The garland and wreaths were thick and beautiful, and the lights were bright and warm. They contacted us early enough in the fall of our 2nd year with them to allow for plenty of time to pay for and arrange for the installation of the upcoming Christmas season. Our lights are now up and they will be back by mid November for the installation of the garland, wreaths, and stake lighting. They have been prompt and courteous and the installation crew does a fantastic job....they work hard at making sure everything is just right, and they leave no mess behind. There would have been no way we could have climbed the heights they have, nor could we have completed the installation in the time it took them. We are very pleased to have found The Perfect Light, Inc., and highly recommend them to anyone!!

The Perfect LIght was very professional. A consultant came out, talked to me about what I wanted and within a few days provided me with a detailed plan and price. The lights were installed when I wanted them. The following year, they followed up about when I wanted the decorations put back up and offered a number of time periods and corresponding price for the installation and removal. I asked for a wreath to be moved and some bulbs to be replaced and all was done at no cost and no hassle to me. I would highly recommend them.

They sent out an advertisement with our address printed on it. Telling people to come look at the great work they did. We had people showing up at our home without our permission and we asked to see the card that someone had. That is how we found out they had done that. Which was false advertisement. They did do work in the front yard for the previous home owners 5 years prior but we had totally replaced the work they did. I would not recommend using them. I did have them replace some lights in my backyard and the guy that came was very unprofessional and we had to call the company and ask them to have him leave. He was lounging in my back yard smoking cigarettes and talking on his cell phone. The owner of the company was also very rude and argumentative with me when I called him to confront him about the the false advertisement they sent out. All he had to do and I would not have been mad is say I'm sorry we made a mistake and correct it.

Very professional. A little on the higher end of the cost curve but overall good experience.

Profession. Responsive to problems. Rather pricey but I haven't comparison shopped in years.

The lights are fantastic. All of my neighbors really like them as well, I have people stop by at night to take pictures. They are always coming by to check up to see if they are working properly and they change the lights for me as well. They have been servicing me for years now. All of my neighbors wanted their lights done like mine. They are always having specials on installing and taking down christmas lights, etc.

They are wonderful. They send out a letter when it comes time to put up the lights. They include three time frames for you to select which one would work best for you.

I had to call multiple times to get them to take them down after Christmas. Twice they told me they would take them down and they finally came out to take them down after the third attempt. This was very important because my CCR has strict policies on exterior decorations in the neighborhood. I am not going to be doing business with them in the future.
