This is a very professional operation, from the person who initially took my call, to the installation technician, to their billing department. They gave me a quote and stuck to it--there were no surprises. The work was scheduled quickly and done on time. I would definitely call this company again.

Communication is great. They answer all your questions. Tech is out when they say they will be there. Very friendly people and very fair. No issues what so ever. We added a 220v outlet in the garage for our new EV car and only took about an hour.

BE AWARE! We DO NOT recommend. We have continued to experience this brand-new, expensive unit to be fixed, even though it is only 4 months old. The owner, apparently tired of having to send technicians out to repair their repeatedly malfunctioning unit, has now falsely accused my very patient husband of being rude, talking down and treating them as lower beings. This is NOT true. I am appalled that he would say any such thing! It is not our fault their unit has never consistently heated and cooled as it should. They told us to contact them if there were any problems. Their last technician, who is very professional and understands that it SHOULD work properly, personally said to contact him if there are any problems of any kind and he would be happy to come out again, although we all hoped it would not be necessary. The owner has made several untrue statements. We are currently miserably overheated again and now our visiting guests join us in this discomfort. We have had to borrow heaters to get through a freezing weekend and fans to survive sweltering heat. Again, the technicians we have met have been sympathetic and professional in our home, however, it is over 100 degrees outside, and we again, have a terribly hot home because we still have not received the promised product they sold us. They have been out so many times I can not keep count, fixing a variety of different issues. It has been no less than 7 times now (I think more).

I did my research into multiple contractors prior to contacting Team Enoch for my HVAC needs. My evaporator coil failed and needed to be replaced. I spoke with Miles who provided me useful information and recommendations. Though he was not the cheapest solution, I felt that he provided a great value for the service and components to be replaced. On the day of install, the team arrived promptly on time and was very efficient, professional and courteous throughout the process. They wore masks and gloves and were mindful about the quality of the work, while making all the connections and installation points neat and secure. After the work was completed, the areas they worked were cleaned properly and the invoice I received was what was agreed upon. I am highly satisfied with their service and I plan to continue my business with them in the future.

Giving Team Enoch 6 out of 5 stars here. Best experience Iâ ve ever had with an A/C service company. Youâ re not gonna get better pricing for service. Spoke to Miles over the phone yesterday. Told him a company from American Home Shield came out earlier at noon and diagnosed us with a failed compressor. Miles laid out multiple options with very competitive prices along with 0% interest. Took the time to really explain everything and educate me even though I could tell his phone was ringing off the hook. He even suggested calling a few more places to price compare because he knew his rates were more than fair. He then sent multiple competitive estimates to my email. When I explained my situation further to Miles about how a company from AHS left my house in a worse situation than it was before they came out, Miles offered to send someone out ASAP to look at what happened. The Team Enoch technician, Lupe, was on time, very professional, experienced, and knowledgeable. I watched him open my condenser as we both saw that the AHS company that came out earlier actually disconnected multiple parts including my compressor. Once Lupe hooked it back up my compressor worked fine, but was low in Freon. Lupe filled it up for me, cleared out the drip line from the attic, and double checked my supply and return vents. Everything was in perfect working order again. Lupe even gave me several pro tips to limit how often I might need service repairs. Felt like these guys actually like what they do and want to help me while earning an honest living for themselves.

Response to my request was within minutes. Scheduled the work for the next day. Cost was exactly as estimated. The tech was fast and cleaned up afterwards. Would definitely use again.

The electrician was quick in diagnostics and fixed it to my expectations.

Tech who came out was on time and efficient. He also cleaned up nicely. Also had the best price based on those I received quotes from.

Eddie was fast, efficient and cleaned up after himself after installing two bathroom exhaust fans. I was very pleased with his ability to get the job done. I highly recommend Enoch Electric!
