Appointment was exactly on time. Even made a courtesy call because of bad weather to re schedule.

Did an excellent job and on time.

Rod was quick to come out and offer a quote. Installers were a little later than expected but once arrived worked very quickly. Couple of concerns on installation but Rod was available to support concerns.

Rod provided a good presentation as compared to others that came to give estimates but no materials to display. The work was quick and after a couple of minor problems after the install was completed. (1 leak), his people came out the next day and took care of any concern. We will be adding a patio cover in the near future and will be calling on him again to also cover that portion with gutters.

Mr. Rod was always available to take the call and answer any question, and have great customer service skills.

The experience dealing with In the Gutter was first class all the way, from keeping in contact regarding their arrival time, to quality of work. I would highly recommend these folks for doing the work, and only wish they offered more services.

The customer service was exceptional. I had some questions and the lead installer was very sure that all of my questions were answered to my satisfaction. He told me to call him if I had any more questions or issues. I was very pleased.

Rod took his time to drive to my home for a free estimate on the job I wanted done. He was very friendly and helpful. I elected to go with his estimate. We set a date and his crew (2 guys and their 'foreman'). The job was done nicely and the gutters look great. Only problem I had was that the screen covers did not stay in place. In some spots you could see where they had popped up a little. Contacted Ron at In The Gutter, he sent out someone to inspect the job (which was done correctly) and solve the issue. Only needed to add a few extra screws to hold the screen in place better. Problem solved quickly, and fairly. The only reason I put 4.5 starts is that I rarely give 5 stars immediately. Contact me for a review 6 months from now, and everything is still great. I would gladly give 5 stars. I do recommend In The Gutter, because of great customer service.
