After some heavy wind, we ended up with some visible damage to some of our asphalt shingles. This company was fast, honest, and reasonable with the work that needed to be done. We will definitely use them again and recommend them to others for roof repair.

If you are in need of a honest, professional roof contractor, you need to hire Guaranteed Roofing Repairs! I’m a single female, so anytime I have any type of home project, I expect the contractor to try to rip me off, overcharge me or recommend extra, unnecessary work. I had a tile roof shingle that looked a bit crocked or broken. I asked Guaranteed Roofing Repairs to come give me an estimate. They showed up the same day, and Mike and Chris were very kind and professional. After inspecting my roof shingles they told me I did not need to do any repairs as it had already been sealed. They did recommend that I patch up a few cracked tiles, but that it did not need to be done ASAP and that they would give me an estimate for that work. I really appreciate their honesty and professionalism. I will definitely hire them for any future roof projects!

These guys put my roof on in one day. It looks amazing nicest roof on the block.

Mike and his team sealed up my entire roof and made it watertight. We had multiple leaks that we could not identify On our tile roof. They were able to remove the tiles and find the exact source of the leaks.

These guys did an excellent job on rebuilding my flat roof. The previous contractors I had did Shiesty work. These guys are excellent and they are doing.

First impression went really well. Mike was very knowledgeable. I had no qualms regarding their work and effort. However, after the installation, the flat roof began to leak. They came out several times in an attempt to seal it, which initially appeared to work. After a few rains, the leaks came back. I was assured that we were under warranty, so I felt good that eventually it would be fixed. However, at some point, they gave up and have since ghosted me. They placed the blame for the leaks on my solar panels. I had another roofing company come out and do a free inspection and they ruled that out. Tried to reach out a few times, but no response. Quite frustrating because I could see the effort and work they were doing. But the leaks keep happening.

Mike was amazing. I had more than 3 holes in my roof. He came out same day and repaired all of the issues. He even replaced some missing shingles. Mike never tried to over sell anything. He was just very honest and got it done before it rained again. I highly recommend this company.
