 + -1 moreNOT TOO BAD. OWNER IS EAGER TO PLEASE. HOWEVER, MUST STAY ON TOP OF WORK BEING PERFORMED. OWNER IS WELL VERSED IN THE FIELD. HOWEVER, IT SOMETIMES TAKES SEVERAL ATTEMPTS TO HAVE THE WORK COMPLETED TO SATISFACTION.
Description of Work: INSTALLED FOURTH QUARTER COLOR TO THE ENTRANCES TO THE SUBDIVISION. CURRENTLY THE LANDSCAPERS ARE MAINTAINING THE CURRENT GROUNDS.
