Their technician was on time and did a great job, explaining everything that he was going to do and what we could do if we were not satisfied with the product or the service. Description of Work: We were doing a complete remodel of our kitchen and needed new window treatments for two windows and two patio doors. After visiting the showroom, we made arrangements for Mary Hudson to come to our home with samples and measure our windows and doors, as well as help us through the maze of all the different products and fabrics. She was wonderful, very knowledgable, and helpful. We settled on Vignette Modern Roman Shades with the Powerrise Platinum feature topdown/bottom up and couldn't be more pleased with that decision. Delivery and installation went smoothly, and we've had numerous compliments on the beauty and functionality of the shades. We wouldn't hesitate to use their services again.

Description of Work: We have not ordered our shutters because our house is not totally finished. We just want to write a review about Design Consultant Kerry Lavine. Kerry welcomed us when we walked into the showroom, and started to educate us about how the O'Hair wood shutters were made. She showed us different options. Kerry was very friendly and patient. She made rough cost estimate based on our window measurements and offered to come to the house to do an accurate measurement. Kerry emailed us a quote right away and was always available to answer questions. Kerry agreed to meet with us on her day off. She is part of the reason why we have decided to go with Window Fashions of Texas. I will do a review again after we have ordered the shutters. Thanks Kerry for your professionalism and knowledge.
