We Clean Carpet

I didn't really care for their service. I didn't feel like the equipment they had was new, it just looked old. They guys were okay themselves they weren't rude or anything. It was more of the equipment and I did feel like it was a very fast job. I had to phone them they left a spot. So, they have to go back and do it once they saw that it was still there. Also, the carpet on the couple of the rooms looks like pretty wet. He told me that its suppose to be, but on some other rooms it wasn't that wet. I felt like the carpet didn't got a thorough cleaning. They came out and said they were already have been done for the day. I had called and I got to their department and I gave them instructions because I have some plans that afternoon and I needed them to come clean the carpet because I was going to do it myself. I could do a better job with a vacuum cleaner. I was just not feeling well and I couldn't do it. It was easy to get a hold of them and they are very quick to come out. I almost thought like the guys were really just incompetent, but I am not sure. They were like 30 minutes late. On the phone they were very good, but in person I don't really know.
