They are good. They did a good and super job. They were just very courteous, prompt and neat. They didn't complete about the height. They were just really all around very nice. They had a tough time because this last time, they ordered that window the 5th time and it came in flawed and one time, they got out here and put it in and so they had a double installation but they didn't charge me anything else for it and they were very apologetic for that happening that it was the supplier's problem. The first time I used them, I paid $1,300 for the window that was similar that was right next to the one that was replaced and they were much cheaper and even this time with $1,500, it was considerably cheaper than a lot of the other people I had to bid. I had a good value for the price. I thought the quality of the work was wonderful. When it rains, they can't come out and if it was raining or potentially going to rain, they always let me know ahead of time as they could. I was quite pleased.

The seal on two of the double glass windows on my home, after 18 years, had allowed moisture to accumulate in between the two sheets of glass, causing them to become unattractive and difficult to see through due to the accumulation of a white substance. Trinity Glass and Aluminum was recommended to me by a neighbor who had used them for the replacements of their windows, mirrors, and a glass front door during a recent remodeling project. The neighbors were very pleased with Trinity Glass and Aluminum's work, demeanor and the quality of the products. I checked Angie's list and did not find them listed, but on their website, they indicated that they have been a Better Business Bureau Accredited Business since 03/08/2012. I checked the BBB website and found that they have an A+ rating with them. I requested six local glass companies to come to my home and provide a written bid. All six of the companies came to measure for the window replacements. I received written bids from three of the five vendors. The fourth company was only willing to provide a verbal bid and pressured me to replace all of my windows, which are all of the same age. The fifth and sixth companies came to measure but even after I called these two companies more than once, they did not respond with a bid. Trinity Glass and Aluminum came to get the approximate dimensions of the two windows, and provided me with a bid by email. Although they verbally stated that the glass would be tempered, they did not initially include "tempered" in the bid. I replied with the requested that they send a new bid stating that both windows would be "tempered" glass, and the revised bid was quickly emailed to me. Trinity Glass and Aluminum's price was much more reasonable than the other companies. Following my acceptance of Trinity Glass and Aluminum's bid, they returned to do an exact measurement of the windows and ordered the appropriate size and quality. The windows arrived within approximately two weeks, and Trinity Glass and Aluminum called to set up an installation date and time. The installations requiring two separate half days and the use of extension ladders and scaffolding. One window, curved at the top and approximately 8 feet wide by 31/2 feet tall, was installed at a height of 22 feet off of the surface of an elevated balcony, and the other window, approximately 8 feet tall by 4 feet wide, was installed more than 40 feet off the surface of the ground. Both were extremely challenging installations which Trinity Glass and Aluminum completed quickly and satisfactorily. Following the installations, they cleaned up and removed the remaining debris. Trinity Glass and Aluminum's courteous and pleasant demeanor was extremely appreciated. They were willing to accept an American Express credit card for the payment. I will use them again when needed and would recommend them to others.
