WORST EXPERICE EVER!. Please do not use this company. I currently am disputing their work and they refuse to make corrections for poor workmanship unless I make my final payment (I have my doubts they would once I pay them). I have asked them several times, Why do I need to make my final payment before you correct the concerns with my sink and counter top. I have already paid 2/3 of the cost and told them that my final payment is the only leverage I have to ensure that the concern is corrected. This has been the worst experience so far in my house remodel (aprox $60K so far total). I would not wish this company on any one. I have emailed them pictures of my sink and counter top issues and they sent out a helper of the Sub-contractor to look at it and accused me of moving the sink. The countertop open for my granite is cut incorrectly and the sink is not properly mounted. All they do is email me and demand payment but, they themselves have never come to see it for themselves. Beyond that, they lost track of my payments and I had to provide copies of cancel checks to them to prove that I've paid 2/3 of the amount. I had 3, yes three cabinets order incorrectly and had to wait nearly 3 week for that to be correctly. The crown molding was installed incorrectly and had to wait for them to order replacement pieces. In addition, I found out the company has changed names at least three times... The Cabinet shop, Cabinet Corner, and the last invoice they tired to give me is under the name The Cabinet Company...... RED FLAGS!. When I brought up my crown molding concerns to the owner Louie Rincon, before I was able to finish a thought he yelled at me and accused me of "raising the celling." Really! I was shocked on the level of pressure and unprofessionalism of this so called company. I have more complaints but its trivial compared to the above. I have also filed a complaint with the Better Business and they have not responded to the complaint. However, they gladly have the BBB logo's on each one of their vehicles and they are not affiliated with them. PLEASE LOOK SOMEWHERE ELES FOR YOU KITCHEN NEEDS.
Description of Work: I had them replace all the cabinets and counter tops in my kitchen.

Absolutely horrible company. From the beginning like the previous poster reported we had some issues communicating with this group of people. Louie was quick to come and give an estimate but later was dodging our phone calls about the order and the status. His wife Jo started making things worse. They lost our original design. We sat in the office for 30 minutes while they tried to track it down but never found it. They said they would re-do the drawing. Then they charged us for half the total just to get the items ordered. After this it went further down hill. We had an estimated install date of about 4 weeks. After 4 weeks went by we never heard from them so we called Cabinet Corner. "The Cabinet's are still not in" Jo says. So we wait another 4 weeks and still no phone call. Finally we called again. This time Jo say's "Oh yeah they're here and they've been here for a while".. They never even tried to call us and they had both email and phone numbers for me and my wife. When I asked her why they never called Jo said they were just so busy they must have forgotten. Now it gets even worse. Finally they schedule the cabinets to be installed. When the installers come the cabinets did not match the original design and the installers had no clue what the design even was. My wife and I had to explain to these guys what we were supposed to get. They didn't have the necessary supplies, tools or equipment to do the job the way we had completely paid for at this point. So they just put the cabinets up in a sloppy manner and left. The clothing rod they installed was very obviously un-level (and still is). They also just cut out the bottom of one of our cabinets which left saw dust everywhere in our home and also had an unfinished look that we did not want in our design. Worst of all when we asked Louie what preparation work we needed to do so that our home would be ready for the install he told us nothing needed to be done. Since he told us that we did not move our brand new LG washer and dryer set. The installers dented the top of our very expensive, brand new, dryer in several places. My wife and I were extremely frustrated and very upset so we called Jo that evening demanding that Louie come and see the poor work and problems they left us with. Louie never came so we called again the following day. This time Jo said that Louie was sick and couldn't come till next week. Long story short we got the BBB involved and they still haven't paid for the damages they caused. The BBB has done nothing to help us so we're letting Angie know to help others. We've suffered enough with this company that we NEVER want anyone to ever have to deal with them like we had to. Please please please express our story to everyone who might engage with this company. They are very disrespectful and bad people to buy from. We have pictures and proof of the damages if you'd like us to send them to you.
Description of Work: My wife and I asked Louie and Jo of the cabinet corner to do a custom laundry room set of cabinets for us. They were contracted to build, stain, and install the custom cabinets for our laundry room.

I dropped in and spoke to the owner, who was very helpful and knowledgeable. He took down notes on what I wanted for the kitchen cabinets and told me that I should have a design and a bid in about a week. After the first week passed, I called to do a follow-up, and I was told that they were still working on it. Another week passed, and still nothing. I was about to cross them off my list when I got an email from the designer. She apologized for taking so long to get the design and bid to me. She told me that they had just acquired the cabinet line in the wood and finish that I wanted and were learning the ins and outs of the line, a fact that did not come up during the conversation with the owner. She told me that the design was in the store if I wanted to look at it. The next day, I called to make an appointment to see the design. The receptionist told me that the designer was not around. When I asked her to see if the plans were around to at least look at them, she put us on hold to "look" for them, and only after a few seconds, told us that the designer took the plans home and therefore, they won't be able to help us. My husband called just a few minutes later to speak to another person, and he said that our plans were right there in front of him. When we went to look at the bid in the store, the specs that we had asked for were wrong. They quoted us standard construction when we had asked for dovetail drawers and plywood sides. Cabinet Corner also does countertops, so when we asked the person in-charge where to go to look at the tile, he told us to drop by Associated Tile on Broadway. The receptionist, Mia, told us that she thought they were open that day (a Saturday) and told us she was going to give them a call to confirm. She never said anything to us about Associated Tile being closed, so we headed over there. When we got there the store was closed. We called the receptionist back to tell her that it was closed. We told her that we were irate because she didn't tell us it was closed after offering to check on it for us. To this she replied, "I tried calling twice, and there was no answer." She didn't even bother telling us this vital piece of information before we drove to the place. I still don't have a bid from them. I am scratching them off my list of suppliers.
Description of Work: I requested a bid and design services from Cabinet Corner for cabinets for a new construction of a primary residence.
