It was wonderful he is very professional he is very looking. I explained everything to him and he visualize it. I am very satisfied with his work.

I had a wonderful experience. Very professional, neat and organize. They provided me daily updates. They used grade A materials. The cost for the work done was reasonable.

They told me they would have a quote on a certain day and time so when I asked about 4 hours after the time was promised they said I bullied them for a quote! A grown man talking to a women saying I bullied him for asking for a quote, when I asked for what was promised 4 hours after the promised time. Although that would have been fine if it wasn't ready I would have waited They are rude to women disrespectful, put down other companies ( very unprofessional), hung up on me and cut me off while I was explaining what THEY said to me through text if anyone wants to see the texts with there false information to prove they are rude disrespectful and unprofessional message me I will provide it all. I am reporting them to the BBB as well.

Mr. Hector Castillo and Texas Green Remodelers did a master bathroom remodel for us. Mr. Castillo claimed he was licensed, insured, and bonded and that he would get the proper permits for the job. It turns out that he did not pull permits for the job as required by the City of San Antonio and he is not licensed with the city as a Home Improvement Contractor. Further, he won’t provide the license numbers of the plumber and electrician who did work in our home. The quality of the work is poor and he refuses to have the work done properly. The tile was not installed properly as it is very uneven, the grout is sloppy, and the grout lines are 4 times as wide as they are supposed to be. Tile installers who I’ve had look at the work have said that standard installation methods weren’t used on the wall tile. The shower door he installed leaks, plus it’s a lot shorter than what he was supposed to provide. The full list of problems with the work is too long to list here. Despite not having completed the work properly and not cleaning up the job site, Mr. Castillo is attempting to place a lien on our home. Run away from this guy and his company.

The whole experience with this company was positive. To begin with the owner, Hector Castillo, spent lots of time teaching me about gutter choices and the pro's and cons of each kind. He was very honest about gutter designs which are more expensive but problematic. Then he helped me research the best leaf deflecting system for me which would not attract nesting insects like most covered gutters do (something the other gutter companies I talked to had failed to address). When his workers came out to measure, they were very courteous and accommodating about letting me choose a different color for the gutters and the downspouts to blend in better with my roof and brick colors. (The result is the gutter system blends in so well with the house colors that friends didn't even notice the gutters had been installed.) The workers who did the job were courteous and efficient and left everything cleaned up when they finished. The job looks beautiful. Afterward the owner was careful to do a follow up inspection and to be sure I was pleased. Hector made himself available if I ever needed help with anything again and when I had a bad experience with another contractor, Hector gave freely of his time to advise me in the situation. I think he really went above and beyond in cultivating a lasting relationship with this customer.
