Initially we had already met, agreed on a plan and went together to purchase the materials. I decided to review their profile on Angie's List and I discovered they did not detail if they are bonded or insured. From there I decided to call and ask, and they assured they were insured, not bonded. I called back after that to proceed with the job, and at that point they said they didn't feel comfortable performing the work for me. It seems like they took insult to my inquiry and that they make better money elsewhere and my job was too small for them.
Description of Work: They provided me an estimate to tile two bathroom floors.

Texas Best Tile Installation LLC is insured by The Hartford. No job is too small or too big and we believe in 100% Customer Satisfaction. However, we do have to protect ourselves and when a customer continues to have concerns after an agreement that was made on August 28, 2013 from an August 6, 2013 proposal, we too get concerned with who we are servicing. We offered a veteran discount for this customer and were going to use the Schluter System for the waterproofing concerns. We did go pick up the tile and stored it for this customer at no charge. After six phone calls with similar concerns prior to installation, we did recommend that the customer seek a company they are comfortable with. We did take the tile to their residence at no charge. We take pride in our work and provide the best in materials, customer service, and workmanship. Texas Best Tile Installation LLC has never before experienced these unusual repeated calls of concern. We sincerely hope you find an installer you trust and are comfortable with. We apologize and wish you the best with your tile installation.
