It went good, they were very good. They were polite, they arrived on time. I added more services and they stayed to complete them that night.

Called Pressure Pros in the morning of the 30th after the company scheduled to come mixed up our date. Pressure Pros had a broken machine and couldn't come. However, their machine was fixed by mid afternoon, called to say they could come if I had not found anyone. I was thrilled, as I had been told stage 2 water restriction in San Antonio started on the 1st, and power washing was prohibited. I told Terry on the phone what I wanted washed, and he gave me a price. When they arrived, I added the flagstone courtyard which was fine with them. They added $25.00 which was fine with me as they had to clean each individual stone. Both Terry and his son are very personable and professional. Did a good job.

I heard about Pressure Pros from a friend of mine who had some work done by Pressure Pros a few months before. I called them, and spoke with Todd, who agreed to come out and give me an estimate that same day. They then came out and took a few measurements I am guessing to figure out how much work and how long it would take them to complete the job. Time was a factor because I was having my entire family over a few days after I decided to spruce up the place. Todd was very understanding and agreed to schedule the work in plenty of time before my guests arrived. The morning the work started, Pressure Pros was on time and began working right away. The first day was mainly focusing on the pressure cleaning of the fence. I have a quite a bit of fence, including a separate fenced in area where the dogs stay. They finished the entire fence on the first day. The next day, they were on time, same as the first day. They began working on staining the fence on some stain that I chose. They finished staining the fence, then proceeded to pressure wash all of the concrete on my property. Pressure Pros has a great team. I was very happy with the work. I would recommend Pressure Pros to anyone needing pressure washing. John Carson
