Perfect Tile

Frank and his team did great. I found him through a co-worker that had their master bath remodeled by him and was I able to inspect his work prior to hiring him. Not only is Frank a skilled worker he is fair, honest, and on time. Him and his team was able to make quick and good work with my house. He was nice enough to set both of my new toilets once the floors were installed. I also had to call him from time to time to update him on other work being done by another crew to schedule his work and he as the most accommodating. He is a person who is truly aware of how important your time is and he is flexible. I was in a pinch to get moved in due to another trade taking longer then expected. He showed up on Saturday and Sunday to ensure the work he needed to do would be done on time. I was impressed. I would not hesitated for a second to ask him back in to my home.

Very happy with Frank and his team on this 3-day project.
Day 1 - They arrived on time and begin the demo of the existing walk-in shower and tile around the garden tube and proceeded to frame the new bigger shower and connected all the new plumbing. Needless to say demo is a dirty job but Frank and his team were were clean and even dusted areas in the master bedroom to help keep everything clean.
Day 2 - was a day of tiling the new shower and area around the tube. Again, very happy with everything they did.
Day 3 - completion day included grouting, attaching the faucets, and hanging the new shower door. Once completed they cleaned everything up nicely and Frank and I did a walk through to make sure everything was to my satisfaction before leaving. Upon leaving he told me if I had any concerns with anything to give him a call and he would address then (no concerns).
One note the price also included re-seating two toilets as well.

It is a single man run company, and he is outstanding. I would rate him high overall. The owner is Frank Velazquez. He was recommended to me by a good friend. He did a beautiful job. He was here all day. He broke down the price and gave it to us. He did not give the best price but he was not the highest either. He is very well priced. He is very personable, knowledgeable, and young. He is educated. He explains everything. I found him to be very honest and straightforward. I trusted him because of the relationship and experience my friend has with him. He cleaned up after himself everyday and told us where we could walk and where we could not. His team worked together. There was two other gentlemen who worked with him. They were so good that they did not waste any time. They spent four complete work days here. They worked together so well as a team that they did not have to tell each other what they were doing next. They just went from one room to another and knew what they were going to do first and what next. They told me what they were going to do next. I highly recommend him to others. They did not waste any time. There were no unnecessary conversations.
