MOXIE PEST CO

I was ready to quit my former pest control company when the salesman from Moxie came to the door. I was currently paying $70 a quarter for Home Team and was satisfied with the price but not with the reliability of service. The Moxie salesman was very personable and he proposed that I pay $50 for my initial service, have a free quarterly in 30 days, and that the quarterly charge would be $70, what I was currently paying. I signed the iPad, showing an initial $50 charge and agreed to keep Moxie for one year. They did the initial $50 service and did a great job. In 30 days they came again, did an outside service (did not offer to do the garage or inside) and charged $128. When I checked what had been hidden from me what I "signed" the contract, the price was $128 a quarter, not a "free" quarterly and the $70 a quarter. I called and asked and was told that I agreed to pay $128 a quarter, twice what I had been paying. Who would have done that?! In addition, I was not told by the salesman that there would be a $190 charge for cancellation. Shame on me for not demanding to see the contract and trusting the salesman.
