Description of Work: I called Metatron Cleaning Services on 05/23 to schedule my house cleaning. I told them the clean was a move out clean and they said I could not use the coupon if there was no furniture in the house. There would be an extra charge if there was no furniture in the house.

Description of Work: There were 3-4 women who came to do the cleaning. Was surprised and pleased that they also did the dishes. However, some of the dishes had to be re-washed b'cuz they were still dirty. I found myself going through 2 large bags of "trash" they had thrown out after my asking them to just set it aside, finding pending bills, and other items that were NOT trash. They only had to clean a half bath, kitchen, and large living room, and stairs. The window sills, ceiling fan blades, accessible baseboards, cabinets, stove,/oven, fridge in/out were not cleaned. When the "deal" timeframe was up, they didn't offer to continue nor quote a price for any add'l time. Although it was a discounted deal, I still expected to receive full service. Don't feel I did. Will NOT use this company again.

Description of Work: I am moving and needed them to do a 'move-out cleaning' for the empty house. They did an EXCELLENT job! Very thorough, very detailed. I would call them first the next time I need anything like this again. I have moved a few times before and always find myself looking for a new cleaning company because the last ones did a barely passable job - but this company did a wonderful job. Metatron comes ready to work. They are on time, and hit the ground running. She started with the kitchen, assessed what was needed and got with it. Her assistant started in the other rooms. They do a quality job for a reasonable price, what else can anyone ask for? The fridge looked great, no detail was missed. The baseboards were clean, the carpet was vacuumed so well it looked perfect. Any other job detail I might of forgotten to ask for, they covered it. I was happy with this experience.

Description of Work: Metatron did a complete move-out clean to prepare our house for sale. The windows were cleaned in and out, floors cleaned and polished, cabinets cleaned and oiled, appliances and plumbing cleaned and polished.

Description of Work: Gisel's work was outstanding, she did a make ready in a 4/2/2, from carpets, baseboards to ceiling fans, fireplace and even garage, very detailed.

Description of Work: We have been utilizing Metatron since last fall, for housecleaning on a recurring cycle of every 3 weeks. The above date was the last cleaning, and Gisella is returning this week. She cleans floors, bathrooms, window shades, furniture, etc. She will work with you to come up with a schedule that works best (weekly up to monthly), and can clean as extensively as you need her to. Of course, the more extensive the cleaning, and the more time it takes, the more she must charge. We feel that her prices are very reasonable considering the excellent quality of work.

Description of Work: They washed the walls of a home I just purchased. The previous owners smoked and I needed to have the inside walls painted but did not want to paint over the dirt and smell, I wanted the walls washed first.

Description of Work: They arrived on time as promised. After surveying the area, they immediately started to work removing the clutter. I was highly impressed and satisfied.

Description of Work: The first job I hired Metatron to do was clean and organize my garage. The mess was overwhelming, but Frederick and Gis had no problem. They did a great job and did it quickly. They did the same with the pantry. This was three months ago and they have been coming to clean the house ever week since. They do a great job. It feels so good to come home after they have been here.
