Description of Work: They were very good on the first visit although they did not dust very well. this is all that they had to do. no bed making, only dusting and vacuuming. The second time they came with 3 ladies and one held the vacuum cord for the other.

Description of Work: It was an AL special, something like 8 hrs for $199. Someone called me prior and asked me questions about the house...how many rooms and the like. When the workers came, they wouldn't do anything that they didn't glean from their earlier questions. The worst part of the whole thing was the cleaning of the refrigerator. It was a terrible job. When I asked them to redo it, it was a little better, but not up to my standards which are not extreme.
