Description of Work: 6 hrs of house cleaning - did not do some of things agreed to (change bed linens and make bed, clean utility room, etc.), shower not cleaned or barely cleaned due to products used (?) - some things seemed careLESSly overlooked (places to be dusted) - quality of some things was fair (streaky mopping) - some things that should have been moved to vacuum or sweep under, were not - ETC.

This is not the first time Angies List is doing this. This was NOT our cleaning, we did serve this customer but we did it about 8 months ago and we have on our files the cleaning went well without any problems we even check with the customer and did a follow up and the customer didnt report any problems.

Description of Work: I had noticed from prior visits that items were being taken from my condominium. First it was my heart medications, which would be used by a drug user as a "downer." Then, I found other items missing on the last visit. One of the ladies cornered me in another room while her partner was alone in the living room. Suddenly they said they were finished and left. Later I noticed that several items had been taken from the condo and telephoned the Maid Brigade officer here in San Antonio and asked to speak with the owner. The lady who answered refused to put me through. When I asked for the owners name, she refused to give it. Obviously she was somehow in on the cover up. Nonetheless, I have switched cleaning services.

I would like to start by saying we do background check on all our employees and we don't hire anyone with felonies. When this customer had his first complain, I (the owner) talked to the customer personally and we paid for his medications no question asked. after this incident, we had a form sent with the cleaning team every time, this form was signed from the customer every time making sure there was no medication missing from his house. When this happened again I personally (the owner) talked to the customer more than one time to address this issue. when I talked to the customer, he asked to have the team back for the regular cleaning schedule, when the team arrived they were returned and asked no to come in or clean the house. I'm sorry but I don't understand.
