They were wonderful. Scheduling was very easy. They sent a crew of 3 and they were very professional and had their own equipment. They accomplished everything I asked in 1 ½ hours’ time. I was very pleased.

It went very well. The company communicates really well. All of the staff were very courteous and very professional. The company accommodated our schedule and arrived on time. They were excellent.

Maid Brigade would have A rating in all categories.

I am currently unemployed. If I wasn't I would be calling them back.

They are good. I have been using them for one year now. I don’t have any problems with them. They are always on time and always do a good job. They send 2-4 cleaners out each time that they come. The cleaners are excellent.

It has been acceptable for the service that we get. Their quality is not consistent and they are not always as thorough. One time of the girls had a tooth ache and she was extremely distracted. We have used them on and off for about 3 years now. They usually send out 2-3 cleaners to do the job. They are always very responsive and they are easy to contact. They call us a day ahead to remind us when they will be coming and they are always in the window of the time they give us for when they will show up.

They are great. We have been using them for about 2 years now.

It was fine. I thought the quality and price were excellent. I did not sign up with them for a long term basis because I think their regular services are more than what I want to spend. They were on time and responsive. They sent 2-3 cleaners out to do the job.

I had three housecleaners come to my home. The cleaning was not a deep cleaning. They were at my home for an hour and a half.

The certificate was purchased as a gift for my elderly parents, and they have been raving about the great service and professionalism of the ladies that came to "make their home beautiful".

I bought the deal for my daughter-in-law who was having a party at her house. She said they showed up on time and did an excellent job thoroughly cleaning. It was easy to schedule with them and they went straight to work upon arrival. We would surly use them again.

I liked that I called and could get a quick appointment. The "maid" arrived on time and went right to work. She didn't clean as throughly as I would have liked. Shewas done in a shorter time than was quoted me and the price was about 10.00 more than the quote.

I used this company for about 5 yrs. at first, they were wonderful. I had the same team every week with occasional rotation to a different team. Then about a yr ago, i was getting a different team every week. The quality of the cleaning was still good, but the maids were careless. There were breakages every couple months. They broke an expensive lamp, and I had the hardest time getting them to pay for it even though they are bonded and insured. Then they started just shoving things around while dusting instead of picking them up so they wouldn't break anything. This scratched the furniture. I finally got fed up the last time they broke something. Their office never called me back about paying for the breakage. They just sent me my key in the mail when I left a message that I was canceling.

They were very professional. They did what they needed to do, and they got out quickly.

They charged me $101 (after the first deep cleaning) for bi-weekly cleaning but their work was not very thorough. They rushed through, so even though the personnel were friendly and professional, it wasn't worth it. On the last visit, the two cleaners rushed through, finishing in 1 hour, and they had increased the price without telling me by $11. Josie left a message on my answering machine that they had made a mistake and would make it right. She said she would call me again and they would reimburse me. I never heard from her again. When vacuuming and mopping, they didn't bother to get into corners; didn't even move kitchen chairs to sweep under the table or mop under the table??? Shame on me for even using them more than once. I thought maybe I wasn't communicating clearly and tried them a few more times. My mistake; they overcharge and underclean!

Save your money. Way overpriced and many things missed in the cleaning.
