The service worked out great. He showed up right on time, and took away everything that I had. They were on time, and they were all polite. I thought they did a good job. They did their job quickly and efficiently, I have no complaints. I would use them again if I had to.

Junk out called me back in the time they agreed to per their message on Angie's list to set up an appoinment. They aslo called ahead prior to getting to my house to let me know they were coming. The guys from junk out were courteous and friendly. They worked quickly and efficiently and took all of the junk away that I requested them to without hesitation. I would use them again. The owner was very respectful, very quick to work with me over the phone. The two men that came out to haul the stuff away were very courteous and very hardworking.. The price was very good and they did everything that I ask. I would recommend them.

They were very clean and professional and conscientious. We purchased an Angie's List Deal for four square yards of junk; they estimated that we had 12 square yards and offered to haul it all away at that time for an additional charge but at that same deal rate. i thought their estimate of the amount of junk was fair, and I especially appreciated their offer to extend the deal rate. They inquired about the type of junk they would be hauling but did not hesitate about it being heavy (included an old bathtub). We will definitely call them next time! (And I do mean call -- they did not respond to my email through the Angie's List communication platform. Once I called they were perfectly responsive.)

I got the service from Angie's List as a Big Deal. They called and scheduled an appointment within one day. Arrived on time. Very friendly and polite. Loaded our junk and cleaned up any leftover debris.

The owner was friendly and helpful when I called to ask questions. Darrell arrived as expected and was courteous and friendly. He picked up the area and hauled it away with little direction from me. The company is very professional and a pleasure to do business with. I will use them again. I took advantage of the special they are running at this time. Very reasonable cost.

I called Junk-Out for an estimate on picking up and hauling away a stack of roofing shingles I had in my pole barn. I had read they base their estimates on square footage; however, heavy duty roofing shingles are much heavier and the yards charge by the pound. They gave me an estimate (I also used a discount coupon) and we set up an appointment. Daryl and Marco from Junk-Out showed up as scheduled. I showed them the stack of roofing shingles and other items in my barn that I wanted hauled away as well as a roll of wall-to-wall carpeting from the bedroom I had stored in the garage. We renegotiated the hauling charge based on the items I had added to my list--still very reasonable--and Daryl and Marco started loading their trailer. They were quick and efficient. While they were loading the trailer I even added a few more smaller items to the list. hey did a very good job, were friendly and professional. I will definitely use them again when I clean out the other side of the barn.

They were wonderful. They were punctual, and when the land fills were closed due to weather, the team was already on phone with me, keeping me posted. They honored their original price which was extremely reasonable and kept me right at my insurance budget. As one can imagine, this entire time was extremely emotional and stressful for us. It was hard to lose all of my husbands tools and some other things in storage...but then, to lose my husband as well made every item that more sentimental. The team came running up to me and said "look what we found". They had come across an old metal box, and 'lo and behold, it still had some photographs inside of it. They were singed around the edges, but still in good shape. It was a set of pictures from my husband's family. I didn't even know it had been in the fire. Again, can't say enough how much I appreciated them taking the time to look into the containers and then to make sure I got the pictures back. Most teams would have just rushed through....these guys cared, and it made a difference to my family and I.

I was VERY satisfied with their service, and I had called around to compare prices, and they had the best! They even gave me a better quote which was a bit less!! I was ecstatic. I like their punctuality, plus the phone call prior letting me know they were on the way. Keep up the good practice of punctuality and notifying customers on the way to a job or having to reschedule due to conflict of time. DO NOT leave customers hanging as some services tend to do, no phone calls or such. VERY AGGRAVATING!! So keep up the good work all the way, and your service will grow. I have told others about it as well. When the time comes to haul stuff away, I know now who to call, so PLEASE stay around. Thank you.
