Description of Work: I used Junk-Out to remove items from the garage, backyard and storage shed. They did it quickly and to my satisfaction. The only problem that I had was getting the initial appointment rescheduled. It took them a couple of weeks to return my calls. Although I wasn't happy with their response time, I will use them again.

Description of Work: They hauled debri from house. The charge was higher because we had then take additional items once they got here.

Description of Work: Hauled 5/8th of a truck full of junk and trash from my garage and second-story walk-up attic. They were punctual and completed the work in about 90 minutes. The truck was very full when they left and they did a good job taking everything I identified in one trip.

Description of Work: He has not picked up my junk and does not answer his phone.

Description of Work: The provider picked up furniture and other items that I no longer needed or wanted discarded. The two guys who picked up my items were most efficient and courteous.

Description of Work: They took a small tv,wine refrigerator, printer and misc. computer accessories plus a small table. Arrived on time and worked quickly. Easy to schedule.

Description of Work: Half of my garage was over-run with cardboard. The rep came to my house, introduced himself, and proceeded to pull, chop, fold, and otherwise clear out a 10'x 10' section of my garage that I hadn't seen in years. I since have repeated and doubled the cardboard fiasco, so I will browse for a new deal that will, once again, clear my garage of my bad habit. Was very pleased with his demeanor, professionalism and cooperation. Will use them again.

Description of Work: One person came to pick up our "trash." He came in a van, and I was afraid he would not be able to get everything in. He was very good, however, in getting everything in. At first I did not think that he looked very professional, but he really did an amazing job. I said I would not use him in the future because we do not have any "junk" anymore.

Description of Work: This was a Big Deal from Angie's List and the provider promptly replied and established a convenient date to perform the service. They did everything we asked and did it well.

Description of Work: The office scheduler (Nicole?) was a delight to work with and went to great lengths to coordinate with my calendar. However, when the workers arrived (late) and we reviewed the scope of the project, that's where it went downhill! YES, I had a dreadful mess -- that's why I hired a service!! And, although I had contracted for extra services above the Angie's List deal I purchased, they obviously REALLY did not want to tackle that project. They did an "adequate" job on the items included in the "Big Deal" and then hemmed and hawed about the additionally-contracted service. They said the weather was too cold (understandable) and would be back in a "few days" when it warmed up to complete my request...this was on FEBRUARY 16th and I have not heard ONE WORD from them since and it's now March 31st!!! When they proved completely uninterested in earning this extra income, I went with somebody else (for MUCH LESS than the Junk Out quoted price) to perform the exact same work I had discussed with the Junk Out rep prior to their team even arriving. I did not "sugar-coat" the severity or extent of the job, but apparently the Junk Out "field team" are not prepared or interested in dealing with anything nasty or "junky." I do NOT recommend this company and will be getting any future service elsewhere!
