My windows have not been cleaned in several years. Most of the exterior windows had a hazy film on them and the Gleam Team made them look new. No one really noticed our filthy windows but my husband and me. However, everyone notices our clean windows. I've gotten many compliments on how great they look. The Gleam Team did a great job and I will definitely use their services again.

They are extremely honest, a trait I find to be rare among today's service providers. Eddie made an appointment to give us an estimate on cleaning our gutters (they had not been cleaned since we moved in a few years age,) washing some of our windows on the outside and power washing our sidewalks and driveway. Right on time, they arrived, measured and evaluated the job and gave us what I thought was a very fair bid, with a detailed explanation of each fee. It was a friendly, but very professional appointment. On the appointed day, the team arrived right on time and began to clean the gutters. In a few minutes, Eddie called me outside and showed me pictures he had taken of our gutters. All were clean except one downspout which was clogged. Eddie said, "I can't charge you for this because I've only done a couple of minutes work. Your gutters were already clean." Talk about impressed! They finished the windows, which looked better than the last two window cleaners, removing the screens and leaving the glass sparkling clean with no streaks or hazing. The power washing of the driveway removed months of stains and left them looking like they were freshly poured. We will definitely use them again this fall for our semi-annual preventive maintenance. At our request they only washed our windows on the outside. Their usual service is much more thorough, including cleaning the inside sills and window tracks as well as washing the glass. I have no doubt they would have done an excellent job of that if we had asked.

I was scheduled for April 12th. I received a call one hour before to let me know they were on their way. Jason and Larry arrived on time and did a walk through. After they discussed what would be done. Larry cleaned all the windows inside and the Jason removed and cleaned all of the screens. My windows had not been cleaned in 20+ years, so they were quite dirty. Larry also asked if I wanted my walkway and patio pressure washed I agreed. They did an outstanding job. My windows have never been so clean. Larry also let me know that a few of my window locks were broken, which allowed me to replace them right away. They were both very polite, friendly and yet professional. Very pleasant gentlemen. I am extremely happy with the service I received. I also let my next door neighbor know and he set up an appointment to have his windows cleaned also. I plan to schedule another cleaning in October. My walkway, sidewalk and patio looked brand new.

I was so impressed with the team that came out to do the work. Very efficient and professional. They did all the work, moved my furniture and other items in order to get to the windows. The windows and screens were so clean it looked like I had no windows or screens. Beautiful. They have an annual program for cleaning and I will participate in that.

This team was excellent--professional, thorough, and courteous. Because the windows had to be opened briefly, as well as the gate to the backyard, I am always apprehensive about one of the pets slipping out. These guys were pet-friendly, which was important to me. One huge courtesy service they offered as they were leaving---since they had their tall ladders in the house they offered to change light bulbs in any of the really high ceiling fixtures, if I needed it done! It's rare to find that kind of customer service. I also had them power-wash my patio--they moved the furniture, plants, etc. and did an excellent job. I had not scheduled the service but realized it was needed and best done before washing the windows. Their price was great. Windows were part of an Angie's Big Deal, and I will definitely use this company again.

They are prompt, quick, and really good. They cleaned 25 windows inside and out for us. They also cleaned the screens for us. They come out every six months for us.

Larry and his helper arrived on time and began work immediately. They were very professional and conscientious as they went about their work. They were so happy to please, that when they arrived, they noticed that my roof and gutters sorely needed work. For a very reasonable fee my problem, which I can no longer physically do, was done. They consistently made sure that I was happy with their work and that they were not missing anything. The job was completed in a very efficient manner, much to my surprise, considering the number of windows and that there were only 2 of them working. At the completion of their work they did a walk through with me both inside and out to be sure all was done to my satisfaction and that nothing had been missed.

The guys arrived during the window of time given, even called before to let me know they were on their way. When they arrived they were professionally dressed in company uniforms in a company van. They were clean and very professional and took off their shoes and wore foot covers before entering the house. Larry, one of the technicians counted the number of windows I had and then offered me some additional services at no extra charge. I guess due to the size and number of my windows he felt they owed me a few extra services for the amount spent. They proceeded to clean all my windows inside even the window sills and frames, and as they moved from window to window they put down a protective cover for my floors under the window........ I was impressed. Then they moved to the outside and cleaned the outside of the windows, cleaned and put sealant on my screens. After the screens were dry they came back in the house and put the screens back on and asked if I was satisfied with their work. Of course I said yes, then offered me a yearly contract for twice a year at a reasonable price. My windows and screens look fantastic! It's like having the outdoors inside again. I had forgotten how much difference clean windows make. Thank you Gleam Team.

Called Gleam Team this morning to get a quote on gutter cleaning. Spoke to the owner who was very courteous. Since this morning had minor drizzle- the owner said if I was interested they could get it done today- since they had to put off some window cleaning jobs due to the rain. They came out within 2 hours. They cleaned out all the gutters, removed the debris, unclogged the down spouts and bagged the debris. They were extremely courteous both on the phone and in person to my wife. Overall- I cannot think of anything they could have done to make this a better more efficient process. We will use them again for this and other services. Well Done!

Responded quickly and showed up on time. VERY courteous and offered additional service but did not push. Definately will have them back out.

They squeezed me in between bigger jobs with only one days notice. The were awesome. Cleaned my windows perfectly. I will use them any time I need my windows cleaned.

They were fabulous. After having used other window cleaning companies I was really happy that they didn't quibble over window size in their pricing. Even did all my glass doors for the price of one window. The screens look brand new after their treatment. Will definitely use them again and refer them readily.

I just had an excellent experience this past week. I took advantage of an Angie's List Big deal for the service. They are incredibly thorough and very professional. At the end, before they drew their ladders away, they even asked if I wanted any high light panes cleaned. They were very courteous and very professional. They just did an outstanding job and I thought that the price was very good. Their cleaning has made an incredibly big difference.

Larry and Eddie arrived on time, in a company van clearly marked. They were both dressed in uniforms with name badges attached to their shirts. Larry workd on the outside windows and screens while Eddie worked on the inside windows and windowsills. Eddie covered his shoes in booties to protect my flooring and carpets. They worked quickly and efficiently and completed my window cleaning in about two hours. After finishing, they decided that they should go ahead and clean the door windows too, no extra chanrge. I had previously had a poor experience with another company on Angies List - so even though I didn't prepay and buy the "Big Deal" that the Gleam Team was offering, Larry gave me the same price anyway. I am extremely pleased at their quality of work and professionalism. I only wish there was an A+ rating because they certainly deserve it! I look forward to having them back in about 6-months for maintenance to keep the windows and screens clean. I would highly recommend the Gleam Team to anyone that is looking for a professional company that does an excellent job.

They were excellent. They were very professional and the windows were spotless and shining. They were very nice young men to work with and I couldn't say enough about them because I really liked them a lot.

Larry and his partner were amazing. They called 30 minutes prior to arriving, as asked, and went straight to work when they arrived. They even asked if I wanted them to replace any lightbulbs w/ their tall ladders when they were cleaning the windows. The Gleam Team did a perfect job cleaning our numerous, large, and difficult to access windows! We were thrilled with their service and professionalism. Larry (the owner) and Eddie arrived promptly at the appointed time in the Gleam Team truck. They were friendly, dressed professionally, and I felt completely comfortable having them in the house without my husband home. We had never had our windows cleaned before, and they were unsurprisingly filthy. Part of me expected windex and paper towels, so when they used holsters with professional window cleaning equipment, my 2 year old daughter and I were equally fascinated. They wore canvas booties in the house, made absolutely zero mess, and wiped off the window sills when they were done, replacing anything they had moved. Outside, they used brushes to scrub the screens and thoroughly cleaned the housing around the screens to remove bugs and dirt. The whole procedure for our 2500 square foot house took 2 hours. Although I knew our windows were going to be clean, I was unprepared for how clean they were actually going to be. It makes a huge difference in how clean our house looks! Larry is a great local businessman that takes a lot of pride in his company. I would definitely recommend giving him a try.
