Gleam Team Window Cleaning

The Gleam Team lived up to its name. The job was perfomed perfectly. We wanted the windows to look good for an upcoming holiday party and the work done by Jason and Bobby exceeded our expectations. They arrived on time and worked quickly and efficiently. Having clean windows increased the light in house and made it look better. Jason told us at the end of the job about the Gleam Team maintenace contract, which invovles having the company clean the windows on a regular basis. We had no hesitation signing up on the spot. They did outstanding work and the cost is a great value.

The cleaning service team arrived promptly and was professional and methodical in cleaning our windows. We were very pleased with the quality of the work and will be using their services in the future.

It went great. Eddie was the guy who ansered the phones and he was really nice each time I spoke with him. Larry came out and pressure washed our flagstone patio - about 500 sq ft. It hadn't been done in about 2 years so there was plenty of dirt and other build up (including stuck on balloons from my kids' water balloon fights). After it dried for a couple of days, so Jason came out to apply the sealer (wet gloss look). Since this was in the backyard, I didn't need to be home while any of the work was going on. Both of the guys, who seemed like you'd want to have a beer with, were in constant contact via text messaging with me. I really, really appreciated that. Due to a tragic car accident, I've had to take over 90% of the household duties so anytime I can find trustworthy and rate-competitve help, I'm very happy.

Absolutely awesome job--better than I expected even after reading all the great reviews. Bought a Deal from Angie's list for this and it was so worth it. I would gladly pay full price. The team (3 very nicely dressed, polite, young men) arrived on time, as scheduled. They were well organized and explained who would be coming in the house and who would be working outside, and introduced everyone. The guys that came inside always wore protective covers on their shoes when entering the house, moved furniture to access windows and moved it back, and always put coverings down underneath windows to keep the floor clean. They did an unbelievable job. Even opened the windows inside and vacuumed and cleaned the tracks. Cleaned the window frames inside and out and the screens looked like they were brand new when they were put back on. They did not disturb any landscaping while doing the outside work and cleaned my porches up after they were finished (cleaner than when they got there!). They review the job with the homeowner before they leave to make sure everything is perfect and as expected. The service more than exceeded my expectations and I cannot wait to have them back soon. I felt horrible because I did not think to tip them. I was near speechless because of the the great job and didn't think about tipping until they drove away. I will make up for that next time. I wish every service company could be this awesome and professional!

Gleam Team is fantastic! Not only are their prices fair (the extra Angie's List discount was an added bonus too) but their service is top notch. When I called to ask questions they were answered and the process was explained in detail. The day of arrival I received a phone call to let me know that they were there, another call to let me know how many windows were going to be cleaned and the total cost and also received a call letting me know when the job was complete. We went to the house last night and WOW... the windows look incredible. I will highly recommend the Gleam Team to anyone who needs window cleaning services. They are outstanding, professional, and we were very pleased with the pricing and the outcome. Thanks!

Gleam Team (Jason and Bobby) did a fabulous job - arrived promptly, scheduled me within a few days of my initial inquiry, and cleaned my window frames very carefully to ensure that only the stucco was removed and not the paint or vinyl covering. I could not believe what a wonderful job they did. They literally cleaned the stucco from my window frames as though they were cleaning their own window frames. They are tops in my book and will be cleaning all my windows in the future. I do not have a single complaint about Jason, Bobby or their work. I thought they were fantastic.

Eddie and his crew did an excellent job. I could not be happier. Very polite and considerate. I have had other contractors out and turned them away. Eddie made me feel comfortable and was very confident in his work.He finished on time and even did some extra windows at no cost. I contacted Larry via his website. I entered the requested information and selected the window cleaning package that I wanted. Larry quickly responded to my email and quoted a price which I accepted. The Gleam Team arrived on time with everything they needed - to include an extra-long ladder - to do the job. They were organized and efficient; no wasted energy. The Gleam Team removed and cleaned the screens; washed the windows inside and out and returned the correct screen to each window. I got a "bonus"! One of the men noted that the seals on the three upper windows were cracked; therefore, they were not providing insulation as required. Since our house was still under warranty, we got three new windows!! The work was outstanding. My windows sparkled. The price was very reasonable, and the entire Gleam Team was friendly and professional. I will definitely use them again - in the Spring - to clean my windows.

Went very well. While workers were loading up their tools,l a heavy rain started! Assured they will come back and redo any spotted windows.

This company is excellent. Not only did they perform as advertised on the pressure washing, but they solved the problem I had with the film on the patio doors mentioned above. The "super deal" turned out to be a real deal for me because the solution for my patio doors saved me a lot of money. Not only are they great at pressure washing, they are the BEST for windows! I don't know what they did to get the film off, but it worked and they did not charge me. These individuals and the company deserve to be on the pages of happiness!! I plan to use them again on my new home.

Larry was very patient and ensured all my questions were answered. He assured me that I'd be satisfied with Gleam Team's service and I was. Dirt, mold and mildew was completely removed from the vinyl siding on my home and the windows were nice and clean. They even washed my patio and and I didn't request that service. I was very happy with the work performed by the Gleam Team. One thing that I personally wasn't aware of for our house is what the idea of a "window" is defined as. While I thought that a window referred to an opening in a wall with glass in it, if there were either multiple sections, say for example there were three for an opening in a wall, that would count as three windows. So for my home which had approximately 20 openings, there were actually about 35 windows which raised the price of the "big deal" i purchased on Angie's list. I also have casement style windows which have multiple sections per window which also understandably affects the price since there is more work for the cleaners to do. The point of me telling you this is you should probably get an estimate before purchasing the service unlike how I did it. The service and results were excellent and I will use them again.

Eddied appeared as scheduled to perform the estimate for work to be done. I had used the online "estimator" and thought the price quoted was very high and had thus asked for an onsite evaluation and estimate. I indicated what my primary and secondary needs were and Eddie provided a price quote for each item separately as I requested. After reviewing the estimate with Eddie I agreed to a price that included a "multi service discount". The price quoted was substantially lower than what I had gotten from the online estimator and much more inline with what I thought the service was worth. The two person team arrived on the specified day of the appointment and reviewed with me what work was to be performed and at what price. This was basically an all day job for two people ... as they completed each of the work items they showed me what they had done (even showed pictures of the inside gutters), and asked if I approved of that work before they moved to the next task. After reviewing the large trex deck work I indicated I had hoped for a more 'clean' look ... they contacted Eddie by phone and he indicated that all I had agreed to pay for was a "wash" to remove mold/mildew but to be sure I was satisfied he ok'd a power wash (after they advised me that the "trex" manufacturer does not recommend power washing ... since I had done it myself several times in the past I ok'd them to proceed). The result was much better than the initial mildew wash. While washing the vinyl siding they apprised me of an active bird's nest in the area and I observed while they were careful to wash near the nest without disturbing it. When completed with all tasks the team put back deck and porch furniture, again made sure I was satisfied and received payment. A very professional job for a price I could live with considering the amount of work done.

It was a Big Deal that I purchased. I had waited many months before I called them and they honored the very old coupon. It was a $300 coupon and with the tax and everything it was another $300. It was kind of expensive but I'm not familiar with the going rate. I would use them again.

The estimate was provided prior to starting work, we used a discount from Angie's List. It looked incredible afterward. I had no idea that it was that beautiful underneath all that grime. They removed mildew from the siding and stone and 5+ years of stains and dirt from the walkways. Great attention to detail and left the surrounding areas neat. The workers were very professional. The solution/chemicals they used have not harmed any plants. They removed the furniture from the patio and replaced them when finished. What more could you want?

I thought that their price was pretty reasonable. We have used them before, and they have always done a good job for us.

They came, They washed the windows for several hours. Then they left. They offered to come back for free and clean any windows that get smudged by birds or rain in the next few days.

larry and jason arrived on time and were very professional. They did an excellent job on the windoe=ws cleaning them inside and out. They cleaned the screens and applied a protective coating. When they finished the work they asked if I needed any additional help from them as they completed the work in less than the planned time. I asked them to change my air conditioner filters and they willingly did that and even vacuumed the vents. i will have them back in October and have recommended them to my neighbors and friends.

These guys do an awesome job. They are straight forward and trustworthy in their estimates and their work. My windows have not looked so good in a long, long time. The power washing job they did was also top notch. You can't go wrong with these guys!

They were very professional for estimate and when the services were provided. Everything looks great! Better than even expected.

Gleam team initially started job on Wednesday May 8th, but due to inclement weather had to stop. I agreed to this due to the thunder and lightning in the area. Scott did get to the gutters and some interior window cleaning this day. The next day Scott and his assistant came back as promised and completed the pressure washing and window cleaning. He was very professional and courteous. I did not feel uncomfortable with him having free access to the interior of my home. (We all have had service people in the home which we tend to keep an eye on. Not Scott !) Gleam team completed their work and advised that roof may want to be looked at. The job done was exceptional. The windows are so clean. It actually looks like the window and doors are open because the windows are so clean. Ironically we had heavy rains after the gutter cleaning. I am happy to say that the rainwater flowed down the gutter they way they should. The driveway and sidewalks are very clean and the years of tress sap, oil , and general weather have been removed.The cost may seem high but in this day customer service has fallen by the wayside all in the rush to a lower price. With a lower price comes inferior quality and minimal service. I am will to pay for quality and service and that is what Gleam Team delivers. Call them and you won't go wrong.

The cleaning took much less time than I had expected, and it was much more thorough than I expected. It is amazing what a skilled person with the right equipment can do.

They were awesome. They were here less than 3 hours. The windows looked brand new after they had been cleaned. They even removed some bird nests at no charge that had been abandoned for a while. They also cleaned a decorative peice on our front door that took a little extra time to take down, clean, and put back up. They did a lot of extra little things that they didn't charge us extra for doing. We were very happy with them. Their price was very reasonable compared to other quotes I have received. I would definitely use them again if we were not moving from the area.
