Gleam Team Window Cleaning

Jason and his team showed up on time and worked steadily without undue breaks. They were very pleasant and professional throughout the entire service call. They did the inside work, including removing all screens, on the first day and were very careful not to damage the inside of the house. They also cleaned the roof and gutters on the first day so they could redo any parts of the roof/gutter that did not come clean on the second day. The second day (Friday) plan was to do the outside window work that required a 32 foot ladder in the sides/rear to reach the windows; wash, refinish, and replace the screens; and replace the outdoor spotlights. However, about halfway through the day, that plan was interrupted by afternoon rainstorms.The team had cleaned all of the rear windows (using the 32 foot ladder), including manual scraping due to the build up from 10 years, before the rain forced them to quit for the day. Jason worked with Eddie to set up a return to finish as quickly as possible - they wound up coming back to finish the job on Tuesday afternoon. When Jason showed up, he re-washed the exterior of all windows that they had finished on Friday just to make sure that the cleaning job was up to his standards. The team finsihed the exterior windows and washed, coated, and replaced the screens. Finally before leaving, Jason inspected the entire job with both my wife and myself, stopping several time to correct an issue that he saw with the cleaning job, to make sure that we were satisfied and understood the 7-day guarantee that came with the washing package we selected. Everything that was done by the Gleam Team is outstanding - the stains on the roof/gutters is gone, the mildew on the door is no more, the windows and interior glass sparkle. amd the screens look brand new. I will definitely use the Gleam Team again; in fact, I signed up for their annual service on the spot.

I took advantage of the $99 Gutter Cleaning. Larry and Zach arrived right on time, and the work was completed in about half an hour, including clean up. The guys were courteous, professional, and detail-oriented. I had to make a last-minute appointment for my dog at the vet and thought I would have to cancel, but they tried to accomodate my schedule and they did a great job! I would definitely use Gleam Team services again!

Service call was for 8AM. Two men arrived at 8:20. Both were very professional and got right to work cleaning the all the windows inside and out. Previous window cleaning companies had difficulty removing my solar screens. This company had no issues and did a great job of scrubbing all screens clean. At the end of the service call, the men inspected their work with me making any necessary corrections to ensure the job was perfectly done. While in my home they wore covers on their shoes to protect the carpet. The men worked diligently and were extremely professional. I am completely satisfied with the service and intend to use this company again for my annual cleaning.

The gentleman arrived on time, he explained what he was going to do, he went straight to work. He was very thorough. When he comleted the job we sat in my living room and evaluated the work done by reviewing thw photos he took with his cell phone. I was very pleased with the job done and who;leheartedly recommend their services.

It went well. One of the owners did the work, and he was very courteous and friendly. He did a thorough job, came prepared to work, and really wanted to be sure that I was happy with the job. The company was very flexible with scheduling the service, too.

Larry Kreusal did the estimate, clearly explained the process, and other details such as the charge for bagging debris from the gutters. When I had to reschedule, Eddie was very accommodating. Jason, Zach and Bobby arrived right on time. Before the work started Jason outlined the plan for the sequence of the work, but because of the needs of my dogs, he cheerfully rearranged things so that the inside windows were done first and the dogs could remain in the house after that. The results were amazing. I eventually need to replace the windows, but now that they are clean, that has dropped to the end of the to do list! Jason reviewed with me the general condition of the windows and screens. I had been complaining that I needed more light in the house when I should have been complaining that I needed clean windows. I have recommended this company to my friends and to any one else who will listen.

Excellent and professional service performed

I already wrote about almost all this in the above comments. I don't think these two owners even communicated on what was to be offered at my appointment. I'm not sure that all my gutters were cleaned. I'm only sure of the one I saw them clean. The long upper gutter at the back of my house sure seemed to be cleaned rather fast (I was not present for that cleaning). I'll see how it goes in a couple of days when we are suppost to have rain. Let's see how well the water runs out of these downspouts? Maybe when they are offering a special on Angie"s List (which is half the reg.price) they only want to give half the work?

It was a pleasant experience, and I am sorry I first disputed what I assumed was an extra charge. Gleam Team is excellent, and Larry Kreusel did an outstanding job! Thank you for a job well done!

The bug dealwas for the gutter cleaning. Larry arrived on time and then offered to clean up all the debris from tyhe gutters and the leaves from the whole yard. I accepted the offer and he worked diligently for the whole time. I was really pleased with the outcome and will use them again.

Jason and Larry arrived as scheduled. They were very polite and professional. They came to work and brought all of the equipment needed to do the job. All of my screens were removed and cleaned thoroughly. All window and door tracts were vacuumed and the windows were cleaned both inside and outside. I was very pleased with the work done. My windows and screens were so clean, like new. My windows had not been cleaned on the outside in 20 years. They did a really great job. My driveway and patio was looking good. Money well spent. They $135.00 was for the power wash. I prepaid the windows with a special deal. It wasn't expensive.

Our house is 45 years old and the windows have not been professionally cleaned for at least 35 years. Gleam Team's website is easy to manuever and has online tools to quickly create an instant estimate. Because we have storm windows, I figured the actual cost would be about twice the online estimate. I submitted an online estimate at 1 a.m. and the owner called me at 9 a.m. He suggested having someone come over to measure and disassemble the windows to provide an accurate estimate. His estimator was here by noon and confirmed the cost. (My guess was off by $2.) The two man crew arrived on schedule the next work day and got right to work. To say they did an excellent job would be an understatement. It was already dark when they were finishing the last two windows. I asked how they could see in the dark, and they told me they are trained with their eyes closed so they learn the "feel of cleaning". We were amazed with the results. (We have walked into the patio door several times, thinking it was open when it wasn't. ) The crew was very friendly, polite, meticulous with details, and definitely well trained to work with the public. They explained the guarantee before they left and gave us a box of candy as well. The owner called the next morning to confirm our satisfaction and reiterate the guarantee. I'm not wowed often, but Gleam Team certainly sets a very high standard for customer service, hard work, and efficiency! I wouldn't use anyone else!

It was a very small job and hardest part was one of the downspouts which was pretty clogged and had to be opened. They were quick and professional. Thanks for saving me from having to do it.

The windows turned out really clean. The crew failed to restore a piece of wood across a window where I had placed it so cats couldn't push out the screen. I also wanted them to recheck the security of a screen right above the front door where people would wait after knocking. I emailed them that evening, and they had a team back the next morning. Overall, a fine job with a minor glitch that they took very seriously and responded to immediately. That's the kind of people I want to work with.

Called them, they called me right back. We scheduled a time to see the house. They gave me an estimate online based on my report. They showed up on time. Didn't charge me anything extra. Finished quickly and did a great job. They're scheduled to come back again in 6 months.

The work was done very professionally and in a reasonable period of time. The crew arrived on time, set up, and went to work. I own a 2-story home, so they had to move a ladder around the home's exterior to get to all the windows. They had the proper equipment for doing the work and were very careful when working around or above shrubbery. At my request (and at extra expense, of course), they cleaned an interior light fixture which hangs about sixteen feet above the entry of the home, doing the work carefully and thoroughly. They cleaned window tracks as well as removing and cleaning screens and carefully replacing them.

An estimate was given with an explanation of how they would do it, including before and after pictures. The workers were very courteous and competent. We are happy with the work they did and plan to use them for window washing this Spring. There was a follow-up call to be sure we were satisfied, as well.

The experience was great! The Gleam Team crew contacted us ahead of the appointment, and we actually changed it based upon their recommendation due to weather and wanting to get the best results. They were on time, worked effectively and effciently, and the results were fantastic. Will absolutely use this company again in the future. Not only was the work high quality, but they were incredibly friendly and professional...a tough combination to find these days.

Excellent Worked quickly and thoroughly. Felt very comfortable with workers and was very pleased with the results. Have never been completely satisfied with previous companies and would always procrastinate when scheduling. I am very happy to now have a company I won't hesitate to use. Thanks guys!
