Recently, I noticed that my tile roof had become dirty over the 10 years since i've owned it and that the dirty roof was detracting from the overall appearance of the house. After signing up for a special deal with the Gleam Team on Angie's List, I contacted the company to set up an appointment. Eddie was extremely courteous and professional on the call, made sure that he knew the exact type of tile that I had, asked if I had any questions about the process that they used, and arranged a service date that accommodated my work schedule. The night before the scheduled service, the temperature dropped unexpectedly, and it actually snowed during the night while I slept. Eddie called first thing in the morning on the service date and rescheduled immediately, letting me know that if the temperature remained low (40's or below), the cleaning agent would not workas effectively and that we would have to reschedule again, if needed. Eddie was very accommodating and made sure that my service was scheduled at the earliest date possible when the cleaning agent would work effectively. The service was scheduled for an afternoon, and the cleaning team called well in advance of the start time to let me know that a job they had that morning was taking longer than expected and that there would be a 1-2 hour delay in their arrival at my house. They gave me a new estimated start time that accommodated my schedule and called to let me know when they were on their way from the prior job. The two-man team of Jason and Bill were very courteous and professional.I have a garden home, and they made sure that the neighbor's plants were protected as well as mine. They also explained the order in which they would work on various parts of the roof, and Jason showed me a picture of the initial results from the first part of the cleaning. The difference in the appearance of the roof was amazing. Because of the later start, the team had to finish the job on the following day, but again accommodated my sechedule. Jason was extremely conscientious about assuring that the roof was as clean and possible and sometimes did several passes of a particular area of the roof to assure that this was the case. Jason and Bill were extremely respecful of my property and made sure that everything was left clean and in good order. Eddie made a follow-up call after the service to make sure that I was pleased with the job. Not only was I pleased with the wonderful service and results, but several of my neighbors have commented on how good the roof looks. I would use the Gleam Team again in a heartbeat and recommend them to others wholeheartedly. The one thing to be aware of is that the cleaning agent they use does have an odor, but it goes away in a day or two and, given the results, none of the neighbors or I minded a bit.

We have used them multiple times. They have changed their business model recently. The guys were really nice, neat, and clean. They were very efficient and punctual. I noticed that they made a few little marks in the window from the new cleaning method they have started using. I would recommed their services.

Windows inside and out, went extremely well, loved the results!

Gleam Team did an absolutely fabulous job cleaning our windows - inside and out - plus the tracks. They also hand washed 3 screens. Our windows were extremely dirty due to dust and debris from a home remodel and they made them sparkle! The crew (Bobby and Dylan) were on time, worked diligently, were extremely pleasant and provided helpful suggestions. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Gleam Team. From my first call to Larry requesting an estimate, to the actual work performed, they were top notch. Plus, Eddie called a couple of days after the job was completed to make sure we were happy with their work. We will definitely use them again and highly recommend Gleam Team. If I could give Gleam Team a higher rating than an A I would!

Eddie and his team did a superior job on our windows. Everyone was very professional, the quality of the work was excellent, and the price was fair. We will definitely use them in the future and we highly recommend them!

It went fine. They came out to clean my gutters.

They were excellent. I guess the gutters were fairly packed with leaves in certain locations and places where it was a little less densely fluttered they just did their standard service.

I selected them because of their great reviews on Angies list. They lived up to their reputation. They appeared on time, did their work quickly and efficiently, and left no mess anywhere. The results were spectacular. They might have equals in this business but there is undoubtedly no one that is better.

WOW!!! Superior in every way. They're very professional and personable. The workmanship is excellent. The driveway was black with mildew. After they finished and I walked out to see it, it was a night and day difference. I couldn't be happier with all aspects of this company, from the initial phone call to completion. They were very prompt, respectful and courteous. They worked the entire time they were here (which was several hours) and came to me with any specific questions they might have. This house has a TON of windows and a 2 story Atrium in the middle of it, so they had their work cut out for them. I never saw them slack off and they brought my attention to things, I would not have otherwise known about some of the windows, considering they were on ladders inside and outside up close and personal with each window. Since a lot of the screens were MIA (just bought the house), they went ahead and cleaned some other things not on the list, like the garage windows, etc. which I thought was nice. I was happy with the work, and would use them again.

Jason and Bobby arrived promptly and were both friendly and professional. They cleaned the inside and outside of our windows. They moved items that needed to be moved and returned them back to their previous positions. We have 4 pets and they were very careful not to let any of the animals out or to leave the side gate open. I am 100% pleased with the work they did (spent about 3 hours cleaning windows) and will use them again in the future. I wholeheartedly recommend Gleam Team for window cleaning.

Dylan and an assistant cleaned my windows exterior and interior, cleaned the exterior of my gutters, and pressure washed the driveway and front of the house. Dylan made sure I was happy with all the cleaning before they left. We were very satisfied with their work.

A crew of 2 arrived on time and diligently went about their work after conferring with us and providing an exact price. The work was completed within several hours and with excellent quality. The crew members were careful in their work and very polite and friendly. A few days later Eddie, one of the owners, called to check on our satisfaction with the work. We told him we were very satisfied. We appreciated the followup. Two weeks later we needed an "emergency" touch-up to the pressure washing because we had applied a large amount of mulch and received a deluge of rain before the mulching was completed. We called the company and Eddie himself agreed to come out the very next morning. For a small fee, he washed the drive and sidewalks again. They look great! We are so pleased with the service of the Gleam Team.

I was beyond pleased with the service the Gleam Team provided! After another window cleaning company made excuses as to why they couldn't clean some of our windows because of the decorative iron work, I called Gleam Team and they were a can-do company!! All the tenants in the building were just amazed at the job they did. The windows were perfectly clear after having gone more than 10 years without any cleaning and some windows were more challenging than others because of the antique glass. They were prompt and professional and their price was reasonable for the amount of work they did. I will certainly hire them again and wish them continued success. They do business the right way.

He was punctual, polite, and thorough. He also fixed a place at one corner where the guttering connected to a downspout and a piece had come loose. I was very pleased with the job and his demeanor and attitude.

Larry came and gave us an estimate for the work we wanted done. He was very professional and personable. We set a date for his team to come and do the work. The team consisted of two men. They were polite and efficient and completed the work in a very timely fashion. We were delighted with the results!!

Their web site is really nice. They have a section where you can enter data on how many windows and glass doors you have in your house by type and then get a ball park estimate of the cost. I thought this was really nice because you don't waste their time and yours having them come out and make an inspection of the house only to decide the cost is more than you want to pay. I thought the ball park estimate I got on line was very reasonable so I scheduled them to do the work. The team arrived between 8:00 and 9:00 a.m. just as they said they would. Jason introduced himself and his partner, John, and then gave me a run down on what they were going to do. They started with an on the ground inspection of all the windows, doors, and rain gutters, and then gave me a final cost estimate for the job. I asked Jason how long it would take and he told me about three and a half to four hours. Both the cost and time estimates sounded good to me so I told them to start, which they did. Their on line instructions said not to move anything in preparation for their work, that they would move anything they needed to. My wife and I thought that was great because it saved us a lot of prep time. The team was good to the company's advertisement. They moved only what they needed to move, and when they were finished they put everything they moved back to exactly where it had been. When it was all over, my wife and I did a walk through inspection with Jason, and he and John had really done a great job. Everything was really, really, clean. The final tally turned out to be a little less than their final estimate because our rain gutters weren't as dirty as they thought they would be. After they left my wife remarked that our windows must have been a lot dirtier than she thought they were because the house was so much brighter inside than it had been before Jason and John cleaned the windows. And you know, she was right; it was.

We received an in home inspection and estimate very promptly after calling the provider. The cleaning team was very professional and was very careful while cleaning not to disturb or damage any items. They were polite and did their work quickly and thoroughly. I will use them again when needed.

The Deal was ok. They did what they were hired to do. It wasn't anything spectacular.

They were excellent. I was very impressed with their responsiveness. I asked them to do a couple of things you know that I was expecting to pay for and I had some spray sealer which had couple of leak they took can, got up on the ladder and sprayed the inside of the gutter to seal the leaks for me. They were very very friendly and worked efficiently and very easy to work with and responsive. I would use them again as we plan to have our windows done at some point.

representative came out and gave estimate. they were able to perform the work on the day and time we requested. two men came out and did a great job. they took alot of care when moving objects and were very professional.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was fine. They did a good job. We did pay an additional amount for an extra couple windows.
