Description of Work: I recommended them to a friend . The appointment was set. They were a no show and no phone call. After they were called , they said they were held up at other jobs and had other calls and had planned to call. By this time, the person I had scheduled to be there to let them in had already been there over an hour. ( I have a job and had to work). They offered to reschedule at lower rate if I rescheduled, I said no thank you!

If this is the member I'm thinking of we had a job previous to hers take longer than anticipated. We were scheduled to arrive at this member's home between 1-3 pm. The member called at 2 pm to check on the status of the crew. At that point it was becoming clear that despite our best efforts we weren't going to be able to make it at the scheduled time. We apologize to the member for the inconvenience and offered a discount in order to try to make it up to her. This situation has prompted us to review our scheduling process and we have made some changes that we hope will prevent this from ever happening again.

Description of Work: They did twenty plus windows in my home and several were second story windows. This is the second time I have used them and they are great. Very respectful caring people who did very good work. Makes a big difference to have nice clean windows. I would defintely use them again and plan to. I thought the price was very reasonable for the work and they gave me a discount both times for using Angies List. RB San Antonio

Description of Work: Excellent service... The gentlemen were very professional and nice. The windows at my home were extremely dirty and needed definite attention. Description of Work: The company did an excellent job. Unfortunately, on the first day, the pump for their machine malfunctioned. They immediately called and let me know. Because of the inconvenience, they offered to wash all of my outside windows for free. Wouldn't you know, I'd just had them done two days prior (with another Angie's List contractor). But they did come the next day and finish. Hopefully, I can get another couple of years out of my roof now that it is sparkling clean!
