Mr Luna responded to my request quickly. He offered a reasonable quote for the work I requested. He even recommended other tree needs and explained the need. He offered to show his work for a full thinning and trim. The work was completed in a timely manner with clean up and cuts on the tree were coated to prevent insects and fungus. I will use this service again. Thanks again for the great job.

Mr Luna was quick with responding once I completed the information on Angi. He was out to my property in about an hour. Not only did he give me an estimate, he was also able to complete the tree trimming job.

Mr Luna called me within 5 minutes. He arrived at my house in 30 minutes. We agreed on a price. He started right then and completed the job in under an hour with himself and two others.He did more than I expected him to do. He and his crew were very respectful of me and my property. Came out to give me a quote. Told him on the phone I wasn?t planning on hiring that day. He gave me a quote and then spent 15 minutes saying he had his guys out ready to work?they would do a great job?etc etc. initially quoted me more than a very well reviewed competitor. Eventually came down to $1000 below competitor and said he would do all work. Didn?t write a contract and after 3 hrs, said there ere too many snakes to complete the job. It?s a known hazard here and these guys are tree and landscapers. Said he would come back?basically no showed and gave me excuses. Not professional?didn?t seal my trees and didn?t deliver on what he promised. DO NOT HIRE!!!

Luna tree cutting service was professional and quick. He cleaned up all the debris and hauled off all the branches. Excellent job

Came and gave me an estimate and started next day - it wasn’t an emergency but had to have limbs trimmed back and removed that were hitting the roof - finished in one day, communicated very well.. and kept me informed - hauled everything off…

Cristian was prompt, courteous, respectful and ready to work as soon as we gave him the go ahead. His prices were quite fair due to the physical work we had for him to complete which included cutting down trees, removing stumps, grinding tree stumps so they don't grow back, hauling away and cleaning up. Also taking into consideration the extreme heat. He and his crew started working immediately. They removed 6 trees completely, loaded all tree limbs and stumps in his trailer and hauled everything off our property. Cleaned all debris and didn't leave any mess at all. He and his crew worked very hard and did an Awesome job. We will definitely recommend his Tree Sevice to others and will definitely call him back to do more work in the future.

He was good about contacting me and sending me his insurance information. They were careful of my plants and vehicle. He removed one large tree close to my house and seemed knowledgeable about where to grind out the stump to miss the sewer line. He also trimmed my oak tree and had 2 stumps ground out. Liked both Cristian and his crew. Would hire them again.

Well we negotiated came to an agreement, never met him buy he did what he said he would do, my gutter got messed up but they're already old

The workers broke a special and unique curve calendar glass from a special lamp post. They promised to have their insurance paid for the replacement of the glass and stated that the insurance will call me because they reported the incident but they lied and the ensures has not contacted me. I have contacted them via phone and text and they refused to respond therefore they have failed to be accountable and take care of the damaged item

He misrepresented the value of his work and claimed that his price was very low. I looked at his reviews saying that his rates were very reasonable, and so, I believed him. Turns out his $3,000 price, to cut down just one 70 foot poplar tree, is more than double the average rate based on the research I did afterwards. Even considering that it was a large tree, there is no way his price should have been that high. I experienced high pressure sales tactics that tricked me into signing, he explained part of the price is that it would take two days, it took 6 hours, and he made a mess across my property with the tree debris. He always had an excuse for every objection I raised, but that is what they were, excuses. He knows that he took advantage of a senior citizen with meager savings trying to scrape by on social security. The only other negative rating I found for them was similarly a woman. His positive ratings are almost always men. So, seems like he maybe preys on vulnerable people like me, a senior woman, when he decides to overcharge. Stay away from Cristian Luna, he is not a good or honest man.

Extremely prompt, courteous and ready to work. Came early and got to work with his crew immediately after he was given the go ahead. Good cleanup of branches in the backyard. Stacked and ready for city pickup. (Some minor overlap of unruly branches in the street, but quickly remedied.

Cristian came out right away to check out what needed to be done, offered me a quote that couldn’t be beat and got to work right away. I would definitely recommend his services to anyone looking for a quality tree trimming job at an affordable price. I will be calling him in the future for sure.
