Description of Work: Repaired some soffit and facia damage and stucco cracks - painted exterior of home. This company was recommended by a neighbor and had good Angie's List reviews. The wood repairs were very good, the stucco cracks returned. They sprayed most of the paint on and back-rolled. It has been almost 2 years now and some areas appear as though there was not enough paint applied, especially on some of the soffits. I supplied all the paint and, in retrospect, I believe the price was too high for primarily labor. Although the overall job was satisfactory, I would choose a different company in the future primarily because of the cost, experience with the stucco cracks, and I'd prefer the job to be completed without using spray equipment.

Description of Work: I hired Certa-Pro to paint the interior ceiling of our home (about 3000SF), two full bathrooms, master bedroom and focal walls in three rooms. They were prompt, courteous and very efficient. Our home was brand new and Certa-Pro was able to do what the builder was not, and that was to personalize the home with color in each room. The two interior bathrooms have no exterior windows so lightening up the rooms was critical and Certa-Pro's quality paint job really made a difference in the bathrooms. The project lead was very courteous, kept me informed on their progress and the team was on-time. They cleaned-up their project area each day. Project time was projected to be four days and it took five days due to intricate painting required on textured walls and extremely high ceilings throughout the house. The extra day was not significant as we had not moved into the home yet. I would definitely recommend Certa-Pro Painters and would use them again if we have other paint projects in the future.

Description of Work: The exterior of my home was cleaned and prepared for painting. Several repairs were also accomplished to the facia, soffitts, and stucco walls. Two coats of paint, that I supplied, were applied to all surfaces. Adam was responsive to all requested changes in the original contract and the work was accomplished as prescribed in the contract. Jose, the carpenter and foreman accomplished excellent repairs prior to painting. The only downside, the final day should probably have been spread over two days. The rush to finish up caused a few drips and a couple small missed spots.

Description of Work: The representative was very knowledgeable and also had a product representative come and look at the job. they really knew what they were doing and were very professional. Unfortunatly the price quoted was more than I could afford.

Description of Work: After much work on my end, I was able to get them out to do an estimate of the project. The estimate was pricey ($1000-$1500), but I decided to go with them anyway. I was never able to actually have CertaPro come out to do the work. It was as if they didn't want my business. After many emails and phone calls back and forth, we never set a date to do the work. Once we would agree on one, there would not be any contact to follow-up and confirm the date. I found they were very bad and returning calls and emails. Out of pure frustration I decided it wasn't worth my time to pursue their business any longer. I quit trying after 2 months of "back and forth".
