Ian B. is so considerate of my home and my pet! He worked around my crazy dog an was super polite. He offered to handle communication via text so the doorbell wouldn't set off my dog and took care of everything I needed. He is clearly thorough and thoughtful and I really appreciated it.

Ian has been servicing our house since we moved in June 2024 and he’s made a huge difference in the bugs we see around our property. He makes sure to address any concerns we have with bug sitings. He’s been very flexible with our schedule, allowed us to move appointments on short notice, and is always prompt. He even remembers we have dogs and a baby so he gives us a courtesy text when he’s arrived rather than ringing the door bell! He’s been a great technician and we will continue to request him.

The experience was a 10/10. Mychal Barnes treated my home and was very thorough. He treated all areas of my home. He fully inspected the areas and made sure that we were all set. He was able to answer all my questions. My dog didnâ t mind him being around either. Bulwark Defintely makes sure that their customers are taken care of. This was our initial visit and we are glad to do business with them this far.

Vincent Alderete was able to assist in doing the indoor and outdoor of our house and was specific on what activity we had going on outdoors which we didnâ t even know about. He was able to clean that up put some poison and Iâ m very grateful for that.
