Everything went very well, the dispatcher said they would come in the afternoon between 12-1 pm and that the locksmith would call before coming. When I explained my situation he agreed to try to send someone by earlier if possible. At 11:15 we got a call that Cody was at the house and he did indeed show up early as we requested. He accomplished the work quickly and efficiently and even took a few minutes to explain about one of the locks that was a special type that could be reset to work with another key and not require re-keying. Even though this would save us from having to call him, he offered this information which I thought was very magnanimous and greatly appreciated. Cody was very courteous and did not mind that all the children wanted to watch him as he worked. Overall, a great experience and we will call them the next time we need a locksmith. They also offer Saturday hours, which many of their competitors do not. The cost for both jobs was $150 which is in line with what we have paid other locksmiths. He accepted credit card payment only (no checks).

This is a family business and it shows. Polite, caring, explained best lock security options. He worked within our budget and we got quality products we're satisfied with.

David was right on time. I really liked they called prior to arriving to confirm and let me know they were on their way. Once here he was extremely professional and efficient. Entire job completed within an hour.

Called them at 9AM on a Saturday.   They were at my home by 9:30.   David was very knowledgeable, capable and friendly.

He quickly fixed the front door lock that had the broken key in it and then adjusted the striker so the lock worked effortlessly.

I showed him our back door which was very hard to close, I thought I would have to get a carpenter to shave off some of it so it would close correctly.   He looked at it and said he could fix it too.   He had to do some work on the door jamb and then readjust the striker plate, but after working about 1/2 hour on it,  it worked better than it ever had.

I am very pleased with the work done and will definitely call them in the future if I need any type of door repair.  

It took a couple of days for him to come out due to car trouble, but he did a wonderful job. The gentleman was very professional and friendly, and he made excellent suggestions for improving the strength and reliability of the locks which we appreciated since there have been a string of break-ins in the neighborhood. Thanks to him, we feel much safer.

The experience was good. They were prompt in answering my service requests and in getting to my house to take care of the issue. The guy who came by was very friendly and seemed to work very efficiently to get the job done.

I accidentally locked my keys in the house and they were very prompt and professional when they showed up to let me retrieve my keys.

We had a new lever door handle installed. The provider we typically use was not available. We called Steve and he came out right away. He ordered the new handle for us and installed it the next day. Service was quick and courteous.

Called for a replacement lock, they were able to come out that same afternoon, he showed up 31/2 hours late, didn't call to say he would be late, so I patiently waited, when he finally arrived he apologized and got to work immediately. Even though I was upset that he was that late and didn't call, he was very professional, courteous and replace the lock very quickly.

After calling the dealership, and 2 other locksmiths ( 1 of whom sounded perturbed that I was calling since it was about 7:30 in the evening, and the other quoted prices that exceeded even the dealership), we called Absolute Lock and Safe. Steven answered, and was friendly and professional from the get-go even though it was already late in the day. I explained the situation, he gave us some options, including pointing out to me that we should have the new keys on a different frequency so that the old key wouldnt work anymore for security reasons just in case (something none of the 3 previous guys I talked to even mentioned when they were quoting their services to me!). He quoted us a very reasonable price for 2 keys and the service, and said he would have his tech call me shortly. His tech, also named Steven, called me within 15 minutes. He was also very professional and friendly from the start - after I explained the situation he told me he was finishing up another job but would call me when he was done in about an hour to see if we still wanted him to come out same day. He called me back within an hour's time as promised, and said he would be happy to come out and take care of us this evening. I told him that we had since towed the truck back to the house from the school so that it would not be sitting in the parking lot waiting to be stolen, and that since it was so late we could just get it done the next day. But he said it was no problem, it was on his way anyway and he wanted to ensure we were taken care of. So, he arrived in under 30 minutes, gave us his cards and introduced himself, and got to work on the new ignition keys. He had 2 new truck keys made with a new frequency for the ignition in about 20 minutes. My teenage son was sitting out there with him while he worked, and came in after and told us Steven was a really nice guy to talk to as well :) We were extremenly impressed with Absolute for their friendliness, professionalism, and willingness to go the extra mile for a customer's piece of mind, even so late at night. To add to the great experience, their price was exactly what was quoted, and was VERY reasonable for what they delivered, compared to the other 3 folks we talked to before them. After a very stressful few hours worrying about what we were going to do, Absolute simply saved the day for us so that we could end our evening on a very positive and assured note. The tech Steven who came out should be commended for a job well done - he was simply a superb professional with excellent customer service skills! Absolute will be the only locksmith we ever call again if we ever need one! Thanks Absolute Lock and Safe - you guys are AWESOME! :)

It went well, but I should have had the guy break through the door leading in form the garage. This cause me to have to break two locks when I could have had one lock broken. It went well though. I didn't know that smart key doors could not be picked.
