Hello and thank you for your business, we did want to point out that we did call early in the day and say that if we could not get there and finish by 2 or 3, that we would go do another job first. we should have called to let you know that we did go do another job first because i think you had something to do by 2 or 3, and we would not have been able to get there and finish the job by that time. That job took a little longer than we anticipated and we should have called to confirm this. we will make sure that if this happens again in the future we will correct this and call the customer to let them know that their will be a delay. We do our best to try and make our appointments on time, sometimes due to unforeseen circumstances we are late. We try to call the customer and let them knOw we are running late. Also we can not foresee broken parts until we take the lock apart, but as soon as we see the situation has changed, we always speak to the customer before we rePlace the lock to get approval for the additional work and parts that are needed. We only proceed when the customer gives us approval. Where ever we can we try not to charge for extra labor, but we do have to charge for new hardware that is needed.
