Not a good experience.

I normally clean my 3800 sq ft home myself (takes me two days), but this time, due to a party coming up this weekend, I needed help so I checked out Angies List and found Mary, who turned out to be a "life saver"!! I called her and we had a brief conversation over the phone, but she wanted to come over and give me an estimate after seeing my house, instead of giving me one over the phone. She was very professional, personable, and had such a good attitude! I told her my situation and she was very willing and eager to help me out. We had a hard time working out our timing, but she insisted on working my cleaning in her schedule by coming late in the afternoon, after one of her other jobs, and working until 10:30 that evening, just to get my house taken care of before my party. She and her co-worker worked without stopping and did a fantastic job - I just can't say enough good things about them! My house looks emmaculate and ready for the party! I wouldn't hesitate for a minute to recommend Mary to anyone for any job - she is reasonable, honest, pleasant, thorough, professional! I plan to use her again, for sure!!!! If you write a check, she'll ask to see your drivers license - I don't blame her!

Mary and her crew arrived on time and got to work. They worked without incident and quietly. I was home that day, working in my office, the only room in the house that is off limits to cleaning and always a mess. Mary herself handled the antiques which I was grateful for. The house cleaning took about 5 hours, perhaps a bit more. It is a big house and they were thorough. When they were done I did a walk-through with Mary and could not find a single thing to complain about. Mary is now working on a bi-weekly schedule as agreed and I am a much happier homeowner with her contribution to the smooth running of my home. It is one less thing I worry about! She is worth every Dime paid and while the first cleaning was a little more than other bids I received I think the bi-weekly is essentially in line with others.

Mary was very nice and responded quickly to my inquiry. She brought help when she came to clean, but I do not think that her help was very good if Mary was not watching. I will use Mary again, but I will give her enough notice and time for only Mary to come clean.

We are very pleased with Mary's work. She's cleaned the house four times now. She came out for the initial visit and gave us an estimate of $90 that has remained consistent each time she cleans. She arrives on time and stays as long as it takes to do the job thoroughly. She missed a couple of minor items in the beginning, I emailed her about them, and she has tended to them without fail since. She is great with our two large dogs and they are very comfortable with her. She accommodated our unusual request of cleaning their indoor kennels and the doggie door without additional charge. We plan to use her on an ongoing basis to clean every other week.

She was difficult to work with because I was out of town. She gave my daughter the run around about receiving payment. She was not very pleasant.

I started housecleaning service with Mary in October 2011. Her quote was reasonable and her work was great!

Mary was very quick to respond to my quote request and quickly set up an appointment. She listened to all of the things we were looking for and quickly gave us a quote. We were very pleased since it was less that the previous cleaning service. A time was scheduled and we have bee thrilled with her service for several months now. I would highly recommend her to anyone.

It went very well. It was a totally great experience. She is one in a million. My husband and I had been using the same lady every 2 wks for months and Mary came in and cleaned and it was not the same, discovered things that had not been touched by the previous lady that cleaned our home. She is excellent.

Mary did an amazing job. I am very particular about how the house is cleaned, and have a tough standard when it comes to a clean house. Mary launched into it in the morning, and never stopped until it was done, catching a lot of the little things that I notice, but had not gotten to in some time. She is careful to use the right products on each surface, and meticulous as she moves through each room of the house. She brings her own supplies, and a super vacuum cleaner. I cannot think of any criticisms to offer. I feel certain that if I wanted her to do something differently, or additional, she would do so.

Came the first time for an estimate. Came second time to do a cleaning. Came 3rd time (most recent) for a second cleaning. Mary is very thorough, professional and conscientious.
