Mr. Electric of Round Rock

John was great in installing my in wall car charger. He went over the installation and suggested placement which made the final outcome streamlined and appealing when installed in the garage. The service was a bit higher than I expected to pay for, but John was quick and efficient, and the final product looks great.

Jon Sangre was incredibly helpful and informative. He and his assistant addressed the issue of main concern for me and also let me know about other beneficial services they could offer. I felt respected and I didn't feel pressure to purchase any additional services I wasn't sure about. I will definitely be reaching out to them again for my home electric needs.

First discussion was an offer to purchase a $500 surge protector, which I refused. The technician then was somewhat lackadaisical about completing the job until I explained I was on a time schedule, and after that he completed the job correctly and to my satisfaction.

Jon was knowledgeable and extremely thorough, preferring safety of the home over all else. He was on time and returned phone calls to explain estimates. I really appreciate his work and will work with them again.

I used Home Advisor to find a company to update lighting in my home and decided on Mr. Electric. Drew, the electrician, did the electrical work. However, the finish work was not completed. There are holes in the sheetrock in a hallway ceiling where he installed track lighting and a small hole in the sheet rock where he installed a chandelier. Originally, when I was quoted on the work, they told me they would put a decorative ceiling cover over the hole in the sheetrock for the track lighting. Then, they couldn't find the decorative cover so they just left the hole in the sheetrock. I was told electricians don't do sheet rock work. I understand. But he should get a handyman to repair the sheetrock. Don't dump the repair work on the homeowner. Drew cut the hole in the sheetrock and then pretended it wasn't his job to fix it. Why wasn't the finish work not included in the initial bid? I didn't expect professionals from Mr. Electric to come into my home, do the work and leave my house looking worse then when they arrived. I was given the run around from customer service, the dispatcher and Drew. They just tell you what you want to hear, then ignore you. I m not happy with the Mr Electric experience. I would not use them again.

Better clean up

Both gentlemen that came to my need immediately, After I looked for a minute Mr. Electric called. I was so very happy with Rick Ingram and John who arrived within 15 minutes of calling Home Advisor. They were wonderful! Easy going, honest, respectful, and so personable. They solved my electric issue within an 1 hour. The job was EXCELLENT as were these two gentlemen. I recommend this company to everyone. It was a wonderful pleasure having them in my home. They cleaned up and resolved my problem. People use this company. Thank you Jessica for sending them to me. This is now my electrical team if I need them again......Great Experience! They interacted with me and the customer service they gave is very difficult to find nowadays. Thank you all.......

Rick and John from Mr. Electric were personable and very knowledgeable of their craft. They were quick and even swept up and mopped the area they were working in! That's what I call above and beyond service! We will be using them for all our home electrical needs from now on.

The company fixed electrical problems but created a new problem which they offered to correct at my expense. I don't want to do business with them again. Will call another electrician to repair the problem created by Mr. Electric.
