Mr Electrics technician Tom, was prompt, courteous and, very professional. He identified 3 problems and fixed them within an hour. I recommend Mr Electric to anyone who wants the job done right.

They are very prompt and friendly. They showed up on time and were the first company to call me and set an appointment. They even called to make sure that I was happy with the service. I actually fixed the problem prior to him starting the trouble shooting by a suggestion that he made, which was nice that I didn't have to pay the $189 trouble shooting fee. He did give me an estimate to fix two exhaust fans in my bathrooms. It was very expensive and I know that I'll just hire a handy man to repair for much cheaper. If I needed a real electrician, I would trust that they would be an excellent job, it just would be pricey.

When he arrived, he listen to what I needed done. He advised me what needed to be done to get the result I wanted. work. After he was done he cleaned up the area. Very professional, but A little pricey for 90 minutes of work.

Installers broke one of two matching light fixtures, replaced the broken one however not with a matching fixture. Installers wired exterior light to garage door outlet, shutoff was at breaker. When I turned light off the garage door would not open. I called to complain the sent the installer back the very next day. When he arrived he wanted to charge me $380.00 to make the repair I refused to pay he then asked for $29.00 trip charge. I refused to pay that too. He called his office and was told to do the repair at no charge.

Mr. Electric was available to start my project the same day I called. They did provide an estimate for the project for a fee of $29.00 that was applied to the total bill. They did the work the day after I accepted the bid. The electrician was very efficient, very neat, and cleaned up thoroughly after completing the job. I will call them again for any future electrical needs.

Friendly, courteous and professional. They leave the work area spotless and all work was done as I had asked. I highly recommend them.

The professional was on time. The job was done in an excellent manner. But I thought it was a bit expensive for the job. But I would use them again. Because all ther other business qualities were great!
