I have my own chandelier that hangs on a hook, the chain then gently goes across the ceiling to another hook, then hangs straight down the wall to an outlet. The fellow that came out from Mr. Electric was very nice, and courteous, but they charged me $550.00 and spent about 45 min. here. A few years ago I would have done it myself, but I am 85 yrs. old now and do not feel safe on a ladder. A construction engineer that I know here in SA told me the job should have been about $89.00. I feel I was taken advantage of big time. I feel sad ad and disappointed , we spent our lives in the AF and things like this did not happen when my husband was alive. I certainly do not expect to see this review posted.

Excellent communication with office staff. Electricians provided quality service and better than average customer relations.

The electrician inspected the wiring and gave me an indepth explanation of what the problem was. He helped me understand more than I ever knew about wiring etc. which helped me make an informed decision on what needed to be done.

The electrician was dispatched to me very quickly. He appeared in uniform, covered his shoes, and got right to work. My project was finished quickly and efficiently. My only small thing was the cleanup. They tried to clean everything up, but there were bits of packaging that I chased down after they left. A little pricey, but did excellent and very professional work.

The service I got was very professional and the service advisor was informative.

The technicians were highly skilled and take great pride in there work. They took the time necessary to isolate the problem and make the fix. They seem to really enjoy their work.

I received a call from their office only a few minutes after inquiring about replacing a chandelier in my dining room (20-foot ceiling) on Home Advisor. Upon arrival, the electricians, Mr. Edward Burton and colleague (sorry I cannot remember his name), not only provided an estimate but also performed the replacement during the same visit. The estimate was on par with what I expected, and they reminded me to check for coupons so I saved 10%. They were extremely respectful, informative, and thorough; they carefully moved my furniture, quickly removed the old chandelier, and installed the new one. They even inquired if I had pillows to place on the wood floor while they hung the glass on the chandelier, just in case of accidental drop. They worked efficiently together, and carefully hung every glass ornament on the chandelier beautifully. They assisted me in taking the old chandelier to the trash (it was pick up day), cleaned thoroughly, and moved my furniture back in place without incident. I will forever use and recommend Mr. Electric (and Mr. Edward Burton!) for my home electric needs. I love my new chandelier - it is beautiful. Very thorough and quality work

I feel that he took advantage of me, he needs to be a professional, he fake diagnosed and I had to make decision by fear of the fire. He is very untrustworthy, he made his money and used any tactic that he can, so he can make more money.

Great customer service, they do not try to cheat you, and tell you there are other problems. Drew is very nice and did this job.

Answered my questions and efficiently upgraded the garage breaker box to handle the Tesla plug as well as the original power needs. Beautiful work really. Made sure every need was satisfied so it would be easy to recharge my car.

Costs seemed expensive for the amount of work done but do not have a comparison. Needed the work done and did not have time to get quotes.

He wanted to replace entire breaker box for $2500. Didn't need that.

I used Mr. Electric and the technician charged me approximately $300 per circuit breaker he changed in my home. How much does a circuit breaker actually cost at Lowes or Home Depot? Its no where near $300!

They were on time and cleaned up behind their work very well. When I didn't understand exactly what was done, the tech called me himself and explained the work personally. That was something not many companies would do.

very knowledgeable, courteous, reccommended changing my 20 yr old ballast to a new LED fixture. I live it!
