Great team and great work on time

I recommend asking thorough questions about the level of experience the workers will have. It took three tries for them to do the job correctly and because of this the quality visibly suffered. They are hard workers, but the workers needed consistent supervision to check their quality, and management does not have the bandwidth to be able to do that. Their customer service was good. I felt like they wanted to do good work and they were willing to come out three times to fix issues, but the job was just not satisfactory in the end. I had to be the one to ask for them to come back to fix issues, it was not initially offered by them; even after inspecting it with me and agreeing the quality was bad. Many of their explanations as to why the job did not look right were then proven wrong the next time they tried again. For example, the wood staining was applied using the wrong tool for the stain type, had a very visible start and stop marks and lines all around, and had drip marks all over the place. Their explanation for this was that it was because of the type of stain that was used and the drip marks were a result of the way the stain dried (bubbled up) in the sun. When they came back to do it again, they used a different application method and those issues were no longer a problem; the day temperature was exactly the same each time. I really hope this was an isolated incident or that the person they sent was just not very experienced because they seem like a good company. Again, I recommend asking thorough questions about the workers that will be doing the job, and whether a supervisor can be onsite to check the quality during and after.

The price was right and they cleaned up and did a great job

It was amazing. The project manager called me before the job, walked the job at the beginning and then called to wrap it all up. From start to finish, this team was courteous, professional and kind- even when my cat stepped in paint and walked off onto my hardwood floors. Will recommend.

Geo was great, he was prompt, cleaned up and did a great job painting. The process from start to finish went smoothly.

They did a great job in a timely manner and came back to take care of touch ups.

My experience with painters usually sucks. But I personally hate painting more than I hate dealing with painting companies, so I hire it out. Geo and his guys were painting machines. Quiet, clean and amazing painters. Hill Country Painting deserves all of the 5/5
