I had been in the market for a home cleaning service and Jonas Family Cleaning more than delivered. Communication has been excellent, scheduling has been easy and the cleaning was phenomenal.

It went well. The cleaner did an excellent job. She was very professional and detailed with her work.

I received a basic home cleaning from Jonas family cleaning. I am more than pleased with the service I received! My home was cleaned to my personal standards which in my opinion (and experience with other companies) isn’t always easy to meet. With that being said; the women sent to provide said service I was instantly comfortable with. She was punctual, professional and personable. I’d also say very family friendly as I have little ones. I felt comfortable with her in my home. I am scheduled for a bi-weekly afternoon clean from her and have confidently provided key and codes for entry. It’s a relief that I don’t feel the need to rearrange my schedule to be present every time as that can become a hassle. I highly recommend this company!

Chrissy came out and did a deep clean ahead oh my 4th of July party that I’ll be hosting and she was fantastic! She cleaned placed I didn’t even know needed to be cleaned! Very thorough and professional. I’ll definitely be using them again! I’d give a ten star rating if I could!

Let me start by saying this is the third cleaning service I've used in the past 2 years and Jonas family cleaning really Did a excellent job. I'm going to work for them to all of my family and friends.

The quality of service was inconsistent, often cutting corners. We also had several items from our home go missing (clothes, shoes, jewelry, cookware, etc). When letting the owner know that we suspected stealing, we never received a response. They just stopped showing up.

Today was the first time my house was cleaned and I am very pleased. I provide a custom list for each room of what needs to be completed. All was completed within the time scheduled I ask for and my home looks great. I appreciate how they worked with me scheduling on Saturday mornings because many companies will not do this. I greatly look forward to my next cleaning and Randi my housecleaner did a great job!

Jonas Family Cleaning is very professional, I have them come biweekly to clean my home and they are top quality and affordable considering how hard they work. Reyna always does a great job!

They were friendly people, but the things I specifically asked for were not done well and I have to go behind them to do it right now. They had no problem accepting a tip from both my husband and I either. I won’t use them again unfortunately.

Victoria deep cleaned my house from top to bottom! Swept, mopped, vacuumed, and dusted. She even took out the oven racks and cleaned it out as well as the microwave and outside of the other appliances. She dusted the fans baseboards all appliances etc and cleaned every room and bathroom thoroughly until it was spotless! I was thoroughly impressed with the service I received and would highly recommend them to anyone else
