I have gone from having a flooded back porch, standing water around my foundation, and ridiculously long and unattractive downspouts to having perfectly functioning gutters when it rains, with a significantly improved appearance! I am amazed and completely happy. 100% recommended.

EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE!!! He asked to come one day early to start the work, which was no issue with us. He completed all the work in one day and when we came home he was even fishing out some leaves from the pool. Clean, punctual, and driven. I wish all contractors had this level of initiative and follow-through. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Gary came out as promised on scheduled day and time. Did thorough walk around and explained what he would do and recommendations for several areas where water was accumulating. Answered all of my questions and put me at ease. Communication was always prompt. Price was a bit higher than other quotes I received but Gary does the work himself and gave me no concerns that there would be any issues with the work being done. I truly believe you get what you pay for so chose Gutter Brothers. The work was done faster than I expected considering we had couple rain days during the week of the installation. No issues with the gutters and very satisfied with their work.

They are a little hard to get ahold of, probably because they are busy. However they are punctual and very easy to work with. They were very careful doing the work. Small company which I like.

They first came and took a look at the gutters etc and gave my husband an estimate. They worked out a time when they could be here, and did the work as promised and did a good job. They cleaned the gutters, including removing a very large bird nest that was completely blocking one of the main gutters. They made a few repairs to some of the gutters that were loose, etc. We appreciate their good work and will definitely use them again.

We actually called Gutter Brothers to come out and give us an estimate on new gutters and downspouts on the two story part of our house that was flooding the flower beds below. However, when he came out, he discovered that we didn't need to replace our gutters and downspouts. We just needed one gutter cleaned out and two downspouts unclogged. We had cleaned out the gutters on the one story part of the house ourselves days before but did not realize that those downspouts were clogged inside with leaves. The small area of gutters on the two story part of the house was not easily accessible so we had not cleaned those at all. And that downspout was full too. He did not have his extension ladder with him (he did not have his truck that day that carries the ladder} so he borrowed our extension ladder and cleaned out those problem gutters and downspouts. We appreciated his honesty as we were thinking we were going to have to spend up to $400 for new gutters/downspouts. Another company had told us that we needed to replace them! He wasn't going to charge us but we insisted we were going to pay him something for his time and energy up and down the ladder and on the roof! Very glad that we found Gutter Brothers and will definitely add them to our KEEPER list!

Since product support and workmanship followup by a vendor is so important, I wanted to post this followup. Gary installed gutters with screens a few years ago. We were ecstatic with his work and professionalism. Recently the screens appeared to be dislodged in a few spots and pushing up roof tiles. I called Gary, he came and showed me the problem was essentially nails working loose and pushing up the tiles and the screens. He spent two hours fixing and made sure all the gutter screens were properly seated. He refused to take any money, he supports his product even though this was not a product nor workmanship failure. This is impressive and should be lauded. Just recommended him to a friend whose original work by another vendor is below par.

Gary did a great job on all counts. He was here exactly on time to check out the problem and to offer a bid for the work with detailed cost estimates. We scheduled the work, he showed up on time, and got the job done. We did a walk-around so he could show me what had been done and he made some minor adjustments on the spot. It has finally rained some so I can tell that the original drainage issue initiating the service, has been resolved. I will definitely call Gary with any future guttering needs and would highly recommend to others.

It went really well! The price was reasonable and the job went quickly. He was prompt and easy to work with! I also appreciated that he gave me some information about gutter guards. I was interested in installing them but he said I really didn't need them. I appreciate the integrity that he didn't just upsell me!

If you need gutters then you should give this company a call. Gary is extremely professional, he will work with your schedule and above all else he provides an excellent product. Gary walked the perimeter of my house with me before, during and after the project to ensure that I had input and a good understanding of what the finished product would look like and how he would mount the gutters to my home. I love pulling into the driveway and seeing the new gutters. I could go on and on but you should probably be calling this guy by now, so do yourself a favor and give Gary a chance to win your business.

In the December ice storm, several branches fell and bent the gutter and leaf guard over our deck. In another area, a corner was damaged causing a leak at a seam in the guttering. Gary said instead of replacing the entire damaged length of guttering and screen-about 35 ft. -he could install additional hangers and manually re-bend where the damage was then replace damaged screen section with new. As we were not in a hurry, he returned about 2 weeks later and resealed the corner and repaired the bent area. It looks like new to me and I am happy with the result.

Very professional. Gary worked all week long despite snow and freezing temperatures. He provided additional sections of fascia and soffit boards at no additional cost. No budget or time overruns.

Gary was very punctual and professional and was able to come out in the ice to take a look at the repairs needed. Unfortunately, he is unable to do the work because we have a tile roof and the first layer of tile needs to be removed in order to replace the fascia. I appreciated his honesty and not trying to "experiment" on our home. I will definitely be contacting Gutter Brothers if we need to replace our Gutters!!

Gary was awesome! He came out and gave me an estimate, which was lower than those of the other two companies who came out. In addition, he was personable and much more thorough than his competitors in his assessment of my ongoing flooding problems-he acted like he cared! He arrived ontime and was very careful in moving my furniture and items that were in the way. He worked efficiently and went above and beyond in repairing my gutter. In addition, he cleaned out my other three gutters all the way around my interior patio, which he did not have to do. The best part is my flooding problem is fixed! I would highly recommend Gutter Brothers!!

Mr. Vinson was very knowledgeable about gutters and he had samples of more types of leaf guards than I knew existed. He explained about the advantages an disadvantages of each one. He have us an estimate of $1747.50 to install micro mesh leaf guards and another estimate of $815.50 to install small hole leaf guards. He explained that no leaf guard was 100% effective in keeping leaves out of the gutters, and we would still need to brush the leaves off the top of the leaf guards from time to time. We had 3 rain gutter companies come by to give us estimates, and we could only pick one. We did not select the Gutter Brothers, but we believe that they would also have done a good job if we had picked them.

Gary and his son were highly communicative and punctual. He completely understood the special needs of our 1920's house. He was able to work with our EdgeVent system and the lack of eaves / soffits on our house. He proposed excellent solutions to each of these issues, plus the requirements for an extended downspout problem. There was one small issue with one of the downspouts and Gary was out there immediately to fix it. To me, that was the best part: his professionalism, integrity, and willingness to correct any errors. I highly recommend these guys and actually have future plans to use them again on a different project.

Gary and his son did a good job. They were careful working around landscaping. Our house was built in 1960. Gary had to match up redwood fascia to existing. Good custom work.

Gary was responsive to my initial call and made helpful suggestions when he reviewed the job. The work was done on time in a professional manner and Gary also brought to my attention some blocked underground drains that he could not clear out. Could not have asked for more

He did a great job, the color match is perfect. He suggested options and prices along with explained the details before and after the job. Very happing I chose Gutter Brothers. I got a great deal for the price.

Gary was great to work with. Gave me a good price, didn't try to upsell me on stuff I didn't really need and was thoughtful about the way the system was set up to avoid drainage issues and clear up the ones we already have. It's pretty dry now but we did have one good rain since the gutters were installed and they operated to my expectations and moreover, they look great and make the front of our house look a little more polished. We're totally pleased.

I have had a positive experience with him. He did do our gutters, and we actually had a problem that my husband called him on, but he kept his word and came back and corrected it. He came within two weeks of the problem.

We decided not to do the work at this time but Gutter Brothers was very professional and even gave us some tips on how to fix an issue we had if we wanted to fix ourselves.
